I used to love coming here and getting food at the deli & going upstairs to eat it. The last several times I have went to the area upstairs it was disgusting. Trash everywhere and dirty tables. It seems like they have completely stopped taking care of the upstairs area. It isn't even comfortable to eat up there. Very disappointed.

In a food store I went to fill my gallons of water and the water was coming out very dirty. Be careful.

Good store, organized well but the frozen aisle wasn’t up to par. A worker named Dan was sitting on the cart in the middle of the freezer aisle on his phone while leaving cold food items out. Management needs to promote some of the current staff that stock, they work so hard. I was able to ask around for names of the employees that work hard and are very pleasant to me everytime I go in. Names I got were Jon, Ted, Mary, Rochelle and Adam. They are absolutely wonderful staff. Good store overall.

The employees are rude and will just stare at you for hours… also the chicken in the deli constantly taste like rubber and they make up excuses why it ain’t good.

Management needs to hire more employees. Everytime i come here i never see anyone working. Never go to the deli either they'll all look at you but never acknowledge you. I had a screaming baby and everyone walked in slow motion and acted like it was their first day on the job yet never spoke to me. Never going back. This is the worst martins I've ever been to drive down the road to meijer or walmart

I love Martin's but twice last week I went in well after 6 a.m. to get donuts and there weren't any yet. I used to come in just after 5 a.m. and I could count on there being donuts.

Stopped into the Mishawaka Road location today to make myself a salad, and the salad bar there was organized so well, every item was stocked and fresh, and the whole area was very clean and well attended to. I asked the gal working, Tammy, if she was managing it and she confirmed. Thank you, Tammy, for taking such great pride in your work and providing me with a fantastic lunch experience!
