I love this store! My only suggestion is that at the next store meeting put a memo to the baggers to please be careful w the deli containers..coleslaw, salads etc..the lids aren't perfect & by the time we get to our cars, the best thing we bought may have tipped, spilled, seaped all over what you put it in a bag with. Set it in with something that will stay upright or something. Please. This happens to my moms coleslaw all the time & what it's in the bag w is covered & gross til I get home, wipe it all off & feel bad that she won't get what I wanted her to enjoy in its entirety. Thank you.

Was just tryna check out at self checkout and greeter was extremely rude when I accidentally used a register that didn’t work. Saying don’t you see the screen ? Just really unfriendly and sad. This was an older lady with glasses and long hair around 2:15ish pm.

I placed an order for 50 pieces of bone in chicken for a BBQ I was having on June 29th and not only was it not done on time for pick up, but it was burnt and very dry. Very disappointing and of course I didn't have enough time to have them remake it because I had people at my house. Whoever cooked the chicken must've known it was unacceptable, it was so burnt when I opened the box, there is no way the employee did not see. Very disappointed

I recommend not to use the CoinStar machine in the entrance of Martin’s grocery store. CoinStar advertises a “no fee” e-gift card option. I would never knowingly pay a fee to redeem coins (cash) for cash. After depositing your coins and charged a hefty fee, you are given a reclaim voucher to redeem for cash at the customer service counter. The 2 Martin’s customer service employees were polite and aware the CoinStar kiosk no longer offers gift cards or bitcoin as payment. If Martin’s is aware the machine no longer offers what is advertised, then Martin’s is just as much at fault for allowing the vendor to falsely advertise “no fee” e-gift cards. Please remove the CoinStar machine from your property or require the vendor to update the advertising.

Not impressed with their Mother's Day deal on Baked Mostacciloi for 2 done with a box of salad. Warned you that it does not come with instruction how to cook with temperature and time because they don't know how to cook it thru my calls to the manager. It is really dried with little sauce. The salad is all lettuce with the white parts and 1/8 cup of croutons and cherry tomatoes. I tried to call "Your Feedback Matters" about it and they avoid to have a empathy by repeated to ask me what is my choice of 1 to 5 ranges of satisfied in Meat department? No meat in those foods I had today! Dirty profits and business games!
