I bought a refrigerator?freezer from Lowe's, because the sales person said I would get FREE delivery and hook up from a 3rd party that Lowe's pays. The sales person failed to tell me this hook up service only works if you have ALL PLASTIC connections?? They are not allowed to work with cooper connections???? which is actually considered the best connections??? Sooo SURPRISE you have to find service people to hook up your refrigerator. Only the delivery is free. You learn this when the delivery people plop you appliance in the middle of the floor and announce they can't touch either old or new appliance because you have copper plumping??? It took 3 days to find a service and get them out to my house?? I will no longer be shopping at Lowe's they have lost all creditability.

Went in to special order an item at 10 am, not busy at all. 5 girls at customer service desk standing around filing their nails, yakking, and looking at their phones. Not a one even said "Can I help you?" Till I gave them a look.... Not a single one of them knew how to take or enter a special order even if I had the item code...WHAT? This is the customer service desk! They had to get the store manager to do it....Really? Sad state of employment today if you have to put up with this just to say you have staff....

I started a bathroom project and bought 2 faucet kits to see which one would look best. When I finally got the home project done I went to return the one I didn't use WITH THE RECEIPT (never taken out of the box) and Lowe's didn't take it back or even give me an instore credit.. Menards took back my extra items back, so I guess menards is my new store of choice. Now I have a $120 dollar faucet kit that I will never need

We go above and beyond for customers. if your appliance does not work that is the fault of the manufacturer NOT Lowes.... if your install was bad, again not Lowes fault that would be your installer. if you have been waiting on an appliance to come in , that would be the distributor NOT Lowes. get it together people !!!

Staff are not knowledgeable and service is slow. Wouldn't give military discount without being registered as Lowe's customer but yet Mishawaka store does it every time we go. Told us they can't override the registers without the shoppers card. But yet had GOVERNMENT Military ID in hand. One register was opened and long lines. So we asked customer service to open another lane. He told us all registers except #13 was broke. 1 minute later a girl opened register 10 and started checking people out. Must have been pure magic, or complete lies. You decide.

I don't recommend lowes because they have horrible customer service. I came across a sales priced that was listed on a placard. The cashier all the way to the Manager refused to sell me the product. I have pictures to back my claim and was verbally chastised by the manager for attempting to purchase the product. Walmart honors their price even if it is a mistake. I have spent 20K this year and will not make another purchase w/o an apology from the manager and the product to be sold to me at the listed priced I found it to be at.

A huge shout out to Chris and the crew at Lowe’s Garden Center!! We did a fundraiser there and the made it so easy. We ordered almost 300 plants and they had them papers and ready for us to pick up. They even had people help us carry them out to everyone’s cars!! Had many people say they are beautiful poinsettias!! Thank you so much from X Family Fundraising. We cannot wait until next year.

This lowes is HORRIBLE at acknowledging their customers are even in the store. I was In the store for over 45 minutes before someone actually asked if i was finding everything. This being said i passed at least 5 people heading back to plumbing... this is not the only time i have complained about this store being this way. Last time i left my order and went to menards...
