I went to Lowe’s and purchased a chandelier that was at a great price. And when I went to grab another of a different size, and smallerSize the price was 2 times more of the price I purchased the bigger chandelier. So now I have this huge chandelier which is beautiful. And the smaller one from the same family which is needed for dining room is 2 times more expensive. I’ll wait a few weeks but if the price don’t go down I will return this chandelier.

Rescheduled my delivery of an appliance twice. Called to cancel delivery so I could pick it up, they instead canceled my entire order. The person who took my call to cancel delivery so i could pick it up was very rude and didn't bother to understand what I was actually calling to do. Before she canceled my entire order on the phone she said she was doing something, I said "I'm sorry" trying to get her to repeat herself or verify what she was doing before she did it. She chose to ignore that request and moved ahead with doing whatever she thought I wanted to begin with. I then call the 800 number for assistance saying not to refund cancel my entire order, or refund store credit instead of the account I had since closed. 800 tries to reach out to store. The store then gives the 800 number rep the go around saying they need to talk with their manager and get back with me, without giving a time frame for that call. I proceed to go to the store given I can't wait around all day by the phone seeing I work, and they tell me that I'm out of luck. So now I have to wait 3-5 days for them to refund my card, for me the bank to then refund me 3-5 days probably. So 10 days without a refrigerator bc these guys can't get their delivery drivers to work, and their customer service people are rude and don't care to establish what someone is calling in for before they hastily do whatever they can to get off the phone as quickly as possible. I'd give a 0 star if it was possible.

Never will we shop here again!!!! Purchased a fridge on 11-26 and was told there were 2 in stock but said we wanted it delivered because I didn't know if I had the strength to help out. Well the very next day my husband said him and his son could go get it. I called and told them that we were just going to pick it up and they went and put my name on the fridge. My husband and son go to pick it up, had it on our trailer and strapped down and then the manager says we cant take it because there is a P.O. on it ARE YOU SERIOUS!!!! We paid 1800 and we can't get our product? Called corporate to file a complaint and they really don't care either. Gave me a claim number and told me to have a good day. WE WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!!!! BOOOOOOO ON YOU LOWES!!!!

I order a fridge for Lowe's and the delivery guy was supposed to be here yesterday at 3:00 and he never showed up and the next day my mom's friend told me that the fridge was broken and the delivery truck guy broke it. ?

Dumb return policy. I had a couple items to bring back that were left over from some house remodel projects. I couldn't find the receipt and wasn't sure what card was used, so they wouldn't take one item back or even give me store credit. It's their product, they stock it and not special order, and they can see from my account I spent $25k-$30k over the past year with them over multiple accounts. But because I couldn't find the receipt for this item they didn't want to give me store credit for a $40 item. Customer service is a lost concept here.

went to return a item that dint work. and i lost receipt. the would not return. or give store creidt. So im out $400 dollars. Menards still does so i guess i do all my shopping at menards

These folks aren't friendly, and definitely not helpful! I am 81 years old and was trying to get 2 boards and a sack together with a cane, to get them to my car and the employees at the checkout weren't about to help and they weren't busy.

Bought a new air compressor kobalt pancake 6 gallon and it says on the website that you get an accessory kit but won't give it to you cuz it doesn't say on the box. The old lady in that department was very rude and unprofessional I'll never buy from that store ever again.

Been to many Lowe's before and this has been the cleanest one I've ever seen. I give it a 3 out of 5 because their prices make no sense. I needed a wrench and it was about 16 bucks, but the pack was 20 for like 5 other wrenches

My go-to home improvement box store with a military/veteran discount (a favorite) and military parking. Always use delivery for big stuff and some of their installations, too, even if they have issues, as seen in the picture.
