We love the girls at lake city bank they have always taken care of us, so it seemed obvious to go to lake city bank for refinancing of the home mortgage. What a mistake the person we felt with was an Amanda Tom, there was no communication and a lack of concern from her and she even told us we don’t have to go with Lake City Bank. I would recommend lake city bank, how ever nothing further then just banking.

Last week I applied for a small business loan and everything went very well. Retail Banking Officer Allie did a great job and made sure everything went smoothly. I received the loan in just a couple of days and I'm happy with the service. I highly recommend this bank to anyone. Thank you for the great service, Lake City Bank & Allie.

I simply asked to get some $10 bills in cash and they couldn’t do it, but I am pretty sure there is an ATM in the back. I asked them what the closest place to do it was and they said they didn’t know of anyone who could do it, anymore. I went next-door to the 7-Eleven and I got $100 cash without any fees being charged, somehow.
