LA Nails is INCREDIBLE. I tried my friend’s nail salon in MI and received literally the worst full set I’ve ever gotten. Nothing in the ballpark of the pictures I had shown them, making sure they felt comfortable with a black ombré & stilettos. I’ve never gotten my nails redone in the same day- except that day. I added the two InSpa packs the short first pair that I was given and then what they ended up doing for me. They even stayed late like an hour to make sure that they gave me a good set. They were so sweet they did so good I will quite literally never go to another place again.

I went to LA nails to get an in between gel color change, as my technician I usually go to was booked. I came in with glitter, and for 90% of my visit she complained about taking it off. Once she started painting, she kept saying "painting isn't my favorite thing to do". My nails are flimsy and already chipping ? the glitter is flaking and my nails keep folding. I also tipped half the cost, I felt like I had her doing "extra work" for having glitter on my nails. She was kind otherwise, but I will not be back

So bad , they gave me some older lady who had no idea what she was doing . Nails were crooked , she told me my finger was ..? What ? The paint is awful , she couldn't do the design i wanted so i ended up getting screwed for 50$ . This is a horror story . Stay away . Update : they gave me a 50$ certificate to go back and get them done in 3 weeks , still not satisfied i have to wear these around for that long . Im humiliated.

I have been to a lot of nail salons in the Elkhart Mishawaka area, and this is the best one I've found. very kind and patience with me with my moving around.

Not a regular, but might be. Been there 3 times, each time was a little better. they honor their appointments and usually they have more than 2 people working. They are a little pricey... but they do a great job - so far. Will go back and see if we can do a 5.

This place is never open during the hours published. I came last Sunday because it said it is open and it was closed. I came on Saturday at 6pm because it said it is open and lady opened the door and said it is closed. They should update their hours in Google if they can’t keep the place open during the hour they say they do. It’s frustrating.

I wemt here to fix a broken nail from tip n toe, and the man who fixed it was very gentle and nice. He didnt hurt my finger, and was more then happy to change my color when i asked last minute.8-18-23New set, was in and out in about an hour. I got a cat eye polish with rounded square shape.
