I changed from CVS to Kroger because of the poor service and have never regretted for a moment. The staff are pleasant even when you can tell they are at the end of their rope. Overall pharmacies are having a hard time keeping up with demand. If anyone needs a steady job go get you pharmancy tech certification and help ease the strain.

My staff works very hard and are not inhumane. We are extremely busy due to the CVS next door having staffing issues so we are filling twice as many prescriptions as normal with less staff than normal because we've been trying to hire a pharmacy technician for over a year. After the customer threw a fit and refused to wait her turn Monica didn't know what to do so approached me about it. I looked to see what the prescription was for and realized it was something we don't normally stock. I double checked the shelf and sure enough it was out of stock. Since it was a Friday we wouldn't get the product until Monday.

Extremely bad attention. My prescription for an antibiotic was sent to this pharmacy. According to Monica, they had not sent her the prescription, I insisted until she deigned to check and there was the prescription. I asked her if they had it available, Monica said yes, but then she told me that I still had to wait because they had 160 prescriptions pending to fill, and that it was not even there, I told her I was in pain and I showed her the wound. I asked to speak to manager, and Alicia just told her that she had 160 prescriptions to fill. I spoke to Jason the Manager and he was speaking to them. And when Jason comes with Monica, Monica tells him that they didn't have the antibiotic or prescription and that my prescription it was going to be for Monday, she didn’t even checked. And I asked her to send my prescription to another Walgreens and she just said No.

Too bad and inhumane care, I am in severe pain and fever and Alicia tells me that I have to wait for my medicine because you have to fill 160 medications first

I would rate higher but the store is laced on people not wearing masks. Every time I go I see a handful of people without masks on.

I love this store. Some of the best people and the greatest service of any store I have ever shopped. It is probably the largest Kroger with the most product selection in the region. I highly recommend it. LOVE this store and would give it many more stars if I could.
