My husband went to deposit some checks that he got from his insurance at work. They sent them to him because he had quit and found a new job. When he went to deposit them he was questioned if they were reprinted? If they’re were mailed? If they were real? And that they were going to be put on hold until further investigated. Questions that made him feel uncomfortable and made him feel down on himself because he was just depositing checks that were from his old job. He was doing nothing wrong but simply depositing checks. This may not have been a racial thing but to him it felt that way. They were not professional and we will not be going back to them. Ever.

Worst bank branch i have dealt with in 10 years of banking. Not KeyBank itself but the staff that represented the bank, just a disappointing experience of a simple situation. The keybank location in bristol ,indiana was great though recommend them if you are to deal with this bank.

If I could give zero stars for customer service I would! We had an emergency document to be notarized and this branch refused to print the document causing a serious and costly delay.

I have been banking with Key for years and found them to be great support when needed. Recently I opened a business account and the local staff walked me through the steps and it went smoothly. Like many, most of what I do with banking anymore is online or on the app, but the service in the branch is still top notch!

Very helpful staff I went in to switch over a loan and they ended up helping me switch several over and helping me and understating my financial situation.

i don't usually do this but for the customer service and how fast the tellers here did there job I will take the time they are polite friendly and wonderful people Claudia morales was my teller and she was very fast I recommend her !

I rarely go to this bank but when I do I would have to say that it is the fastest service I can ask for I wish all of the key banks would have there customer service like this branch .

Received very poor customer service from Diane, possibly a manager? Very rude and condescending towards me, in front of my child no less! I was essentially accused of using a prepaid debit card in full, then (literally within minutes) trying to ask for my money back. Turns out after almost two HOURS, they never activated it in the first place. No apology given, no explanation, just a really poor customer service experience from Diane.
