I had some issues with my card being locked I spoke to 3 different customer service reps who couldn’t provide the service or so they said I called this branch and spoke to an amazing individual named hailey who provided all my service with the most heartwarming patience I recommend her to anyone who needs help!!!!

Went there today to setup a new account at our one pm appointment. Got there 5 minutes early. We were called back at 1 pm right on time. We talked with the lady about burritos a place called Ricky's nearby and she was trying to remember the name of a burrito place in Mishawaka for about 3 minutes. Just small talk and we brought up burritos anyways. Then she said she was busy doing something with another employee and this other lady would help us shortly. Thought that was strange but whatever. After waiting for 10 minutes I told my wife that I thought what happened was unprofessional and said I would give them 5 more minutes. We waited 6 minutes and left. They seemed disorganized.
