I recently switched my insurance coverage with Justin at State farm. Loretta was very helpful & very easy to work with. She was very informative as well as insightful from past experiences. I was very happy with there customer service & information. Happy to do business with Justin's insurance business supporting someone that was a good person to me throughout our school years together at Concord. I absolutely recommend State Farm! Insurance has always been a nightmare for me.

Literally used to be a decent insurance office. I don’t know what happened but they never want to answer the phone. They can’t seem to figure out when there’s a problem when they do answer the phone they tell you they’ll call you back they won’t. Completely messed up. My insurance had to switch to a different insurance on after dealing with them and the 1-800 number for basically two months and nobody can give me an answer on why my insurance was messed up and then hit me with a big bill, I’m super glad that I switched insurances.

I have been a customer for years with State Farm. The prices keep going up and less service. I have repeatedly called and let messages for them they have not returned my calls. Very disappointed in Justin Palmer Agency.
