Would love to give this place a zero - but had to give it a one in order to make a review. I am not one to bad mouth another small business but this is absolutely unacceptable behavior from an owner of a facility. The owner Pam does not require up to date vaccinations for dogs. Our dog was attacked yesterday at daycare when he was getting picked up by an aggressive dog that does not do well at the pickup. They know this other dog does not do well at pick up but still let it roam around. Our 15 pound golden doodle was cornered & bitten 5 times. Bite marks deep enough that caused blood vessels to rupture & surgery will be needed. Absolutely unacceptable & extremely heart breaking to have a facility you trusted with your fur baby!

Low-key, down to earth people! Don't expect a high intensity and intimidating place to bring your puppy! The services they offer are numerous. I'm training my 2nd pup there now because they did so well with my 1st. They always come home wore out!

This is a wonderful place to have your dog trained. The instructor is very knowledgeable and caring. The prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

A great training facility to take your pup or even adult dog. They encourage questions and want to know where your puppies skill level is at. They have a great range of classes from basic kindergarten on up.

Their support in dogs needs. They really enjoy their job and it shows! A place where dogs and owners love to come.

We brought our pup here for daycare a few times a week for a couple weeks. The people were not very nice and unprofessional. Very unorganized. Got mixed info and they couldn't keep track of our payment. Our poor pup got roughed up on video and when I commented on it they blamed her, even though it appeared in the video, that she was the one being bullied. She came home with a cut behind an ear once. It isn't very clean and one week she ended up with diarrhea and vomiting. She always came home SO stressed and with more bad habits than good. (uncontrollable barking, nipping and jumping) I was hopeful to help burn energy but it def just is not for us.

Unprofessional, poor value and value for your money, time and effort of trying to do something nice/fun/good with/for your dog. Very disappointed is an understatement.

Please be careful if you take your dog here! I started taking my rescue twice a week so he could play and get some energy out. The first week was great! We were told how amazing he was doing for his first time and they had no problems with him whatsoever. Week 2, day 3 - he comes home with a big gash on his face. I called and talked to the manager the next day and she nor the owner saw anything. They said the dogs play rough sometimes, which I know, and things like that can happen. I was ok with that because I know dogs can get rough when they play. She assured me that my dog was doing a great job there and making lots of friends. Again she said there were no issues with him. Week 2, day 4 - My dog comes home with a piece of his ear bitten off. When I brought this up again no one noticed anything but now my dog has a potty issue. She told me this is normal for new dogs but she would work on it with him and knew he'd get it. Now keep in mind when I first rescued him he had a total of 2 accidents in the house before he learned how to let us know he has to go. He now scratches at the door EVERY TIME. I was assured this isn't normal and if I would be okay with bringing him back they'd crate my dog (not the aggressive one that bit his ear off) if things got too rough. After a lot of thinking and the reassurance from the manager we decided to give them one more chance. My husband told them if anything happens to him again we weren't bringing him back. They then proceeded to send me pics with several dogs in it of lines of urine. Not puddles like a dog that's not properly trained, but lines like a dog in fear. Now I can't tell by the pics which dog this came from because of the amount of dogs in the pictures. I was told my dog was not allowed back because he hadn't learned where to use the bathroom. To me this is their lame excuse to not have to deal with a fur parent that will raise holy hell if their fur baby is injured while in their care. They have 1-2 people for up to 35 dogs from what they told me. Obviously not enough to make sure your baby is well cared for. So please be cautious if you plan to take your babies here!

I’ve been taking my dog to Planet Canine since she was 6 months old. They are amazing and the staff REALLY care about your pets, like family. My dog gets to socialize, exercise, run around and be a dog. They are well looked after and are always available for questions on training or food. She has been able to play, exercise, swim, train and be groomed all within the Planet Canine family. Pam and her team are amazing and their passion for animals shines thru !!!

Signed my puppy up for a training class with Sarah! So far week 1 was great. She is a good communicator and listener and I’m excited to continue working with her.
