Poor security. Had a unit for less then 4 days and was broken into and had everything taken. Staff didnt do anything but say to file a clam to get it sorted out. I know this aint the first tike units have been broken into and they dont do anything to up the security of the facility

Keep raising your rates. Same storage unit, now I’m paying more than 50$ more a month that years past. If your company is going broke, that’s on you. Stop charging us more for the same space. Cancelling my unit.

I have multiple units here, all under roof and locked. Facilities are decent, staff hard to get a hold of when you call. Expect a 10% increase ever 4 months, Every year.

Horrible place to use for Storage Rental in Elkhart! Had my unit broken into in November still waiting on claims department to finish their job! Elkhart management doesn’t manage at all and if u have insurance u won’t get paid so go elsewhere.

People that answer the phone is the rudest and have no customer service ? I have been renting here for years and plan on moving asap because of the way the talk to you on the phone

Depending on the location the storages are not very secure I've been there five months and they broke into my storage and stole my stuff

Got locked in right after 10pm. Tried to call the the three phone numbers we found for them and couldn't get anyone to answer. Had to wait an hour and call the police . Storage door was broken and dangerous, extremely difficult to lock also. Dont waste your money here.

Recently just leased a 12X50 spot for my travel trailer in the large climate-controlled building. The monthly price is decent, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Inside the building is kept warm (in winter) and is clean. The aisles are good and wide for parking larger RVs or boats.
