I love house of herbs! They have such a huge array of products, always looking for something new and EVERY team member/associate is super friendly and helpful including the girl that helped me the other day, I think her name was Hayley. She was wearing a white hat, that I remember for sure! She helped me find everything I was looking for, answered all my silly questions and provided product samples of alternatives for products they had out of stock at the moment. Check them out if you haven’t yet!

cool products and went for cbd oil but couldn’t find it and went to ask the girls at the counter , and she stared at us like we were d*** and said it’s behind the counter in a very rude voice. she looks like teenager. i asked abt samples because mymom got some here and she said we’re out of stock of the liquid stuff and i asked when they get them in and she stared at me for a good 5 seconds like a was d**** then said it’s when our rep gives them to us it’s nothing we can order. definitely not coming back , rude service from a teenage girl? very judgemental, not helpful at all. i would recommend not having her upfront , or in any kind of customer service help there. no smile or any friendliness. i came in May 22nd, around 12.

one lady was super rude and judgmental. she was skinny, young, white and wore a hat (didn’t catch her name) on 5/22/2023 around noon. i asked her a question and after staring at me with judgment she rudely responded with irritation in her voice. i had asked another question and she responded with almost sarcasm as if i was stupid. she stared a lot and was not friendly. first time here, of course i had questions. but also last time here.

Loved that everything was organic and there was anything you could think of. Stocked up on local honey, some yummy loose leaf tea ( SO MANY TO CHOOSE FROM) and enjoyed looking through all of the other products. The salt room was amazing! A must if you happen to stop by. Def. Recommend this place!

Absolutely loved it here! The selection of organic healthy herbs, supplements and more was incredible! I picked up some local honey, loose tea leafs (huge selection) and enjoyed the salt room. I could spend all day going through everything!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The salt room is my go to when I have had a nagging cough and sinus issues.

Stopped in after not going here for awhile and I was pleasantly surprised. The new owner definitely seems like they care. Well kept, knowledgeable and helpful staff. The wide array of dried herbs is so awesome. Their specific kids section is also really great.

Michael was the best sales clerk EVER!!! He walked me through the entire store and showed me different products and their purpose. I pretty much wanted to buy EVERYTHING! Highly recommend shopping at this local gem! I hope you can run into my favorite sales clerk, Michael!

Wow. Just wow. That young man Michael at the front counter is just incredible! So helpful and kind. He deserves A RAISE! Based on my experience House of Herbs should be renamed House of Helpfulness.
