3300 Sunny Dr, Elkhart“Very nice, quiet hotel. Breakfast was well stocked. There was a pre-teen female softball team staying there at the same time, so lobby and breakfast was busy, but that did not hinder our service.”
“The staff is always friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and clean. I stay here often and occasionally there will be a problem in the room, for example a slow draining tub. They take care of it with no fuss. They're tucked behind a convenience store and don't have a street or drive directly off the main road. You drive through the convenience store parking lot. It's a little difficult to find the first time but worth the effort!
Food & drinks: Breakfast is always plentiful. Great selection of food and drinks.”

Jessica helped with setting up the meeting rooms and she was on site and very helpful from start to finish. The front desk staff was very accommodating to our unique needs for the meeting spaces. Myself and all the people that attended the event felt very welcome. Very clean rooms and all around wonderful experience.”

27838 Co Rd 24, Elkhart“Fantastic stay. The rooms were surprisingly awesome for the price, and clean and nice. Walls were a little thin so could hear all the neighbors, but beyond that it was a fantastic stay. The whole hotel was in a nice condition. The side door lock was broken so that was cause for a little nervousness. The location is a little odd and went thru some sketchy areas to get there, but it was nice and safe. Super close to the highway. Would stay again. 10 out of 10. The bed was outstanding as well.”
“We booked this hotel online last-minute during a road trip with two kids. Because it was last-minute, we didn’t have a digital key option. Parking was easy and plentiful. When we arrived, there was a business traveler waiting to check in, but nobody at the front desk (around 9pm). He said he’d been waiting for 10 minutes, tried calling the desk number, but received no response. We waited for about 5 minutes. The employee eventually arrived at the desk and said she’d been trying to fix a TV. Do I believe this story with the strong odor of marijuana that came with her? Not a chance, but I digress. I was bothered that while we were waiting, there were papers scattered all over the front desk with other guests’ information on them. From a privacy perspective, that was bothersome. Checkin was easy once the employee arrived, but I was disappointed to see another family waiting at the empty desk about 10 minutes later when I went to grab something from the car.
The rest of the stay made up for one bad apple, hence the 5-star review. Although the hotel is outdated, it’s extremely well-maintained and clean. In the Hampton Inns’ heyday, this property was prime. The room was spacious and well-appointed. Breakfast was exceptional, and our kids were delighted to see red velvet waffle mix with whipped cream and sprinkles. There was a great variety for the breakfast, and lots of space to find a spot to eat.
We’d stay here again. I’d hope to have a different front desk experience next time.”
“Really nice hotel. Staff were nice, bed was comfy, nice big TV. Quiet too, I could hear the TV from the room next to me from the hallway, but nothing in the room.”

The hot tube did not work that well in the room. Very disappointed in that because that is why I got that room. But the front desk and maids A1!!!!!Rooms: The jets in the hot tube did not work well.”

Lost my wallet and someone turned it in. That’s pretty cool. “We booked last minute 1 night stay at Baymont in Elkhart Indiana. It was very nice. The beds were comfortable, shower was hot, dove shampoo/conditioner/body wash, and breakfast tasted great.”

3440 Cassopolis St, Elkhart“Bare open rooms, no refrigerator or microwave, breakfast sucks. 20 dollar pet fee per pet. THE HARDEST BEDS EVER!! If you have back problems I would suggest bringing an air mattress. The beds feels like a wooden bench. Over all a clean place minus the pee smell. Good for a couple nights stay at best.”
“Friendly staff and a great continental breakfast. Room was spacious and bed was comfy. Many of the floor tiles in bathroom were broke and loose. Toilet didn’t flush without lifting lid and pulling handle from inside. Everything felt sticky and/or moist.”
“Not far from the interstate and quiet. The turn in is before the light, not at it. Love the blackout shades! Everything was very clean and new. King bed was comfy, soft but firm. Good size bathroom with glass shower and good sprayer. Breakfast was typical, but by the time we got there, the cheese egg omelettes were pretty firm. Everything else was good. Yes, we would definitely stay here again.
Rooms: Rooms are basic, not made for living in, but for a place to stay with what you need. Compact but not small.”
