HOPS is by far the best detail shop in the area HANDS DOWN!! We've used them for many years and have never been disappointed, they've gone above and beyond every single time. My Jeep has always came back to me looking like brand new, actually probably better than brand new ? My husband also has his personal truck and our business trucks detailed here as well and it seriously amazes us how clean our landscape trucks are when we pick them up. We highly recommend this place without a single doubt. They deserve more than 5 stars.??

This place pays really good attention to detail!. The before and after of the car left me with a smile on my face! I had dropped it off with Stains all over the seats swirl makes heavy on the car. After I got it back the car looked like a brand new car. Not to mention the engine detail they offer. I have never seen an engine bay look so clean! I will be return with my other cars to have done! Have been to many places and honestly this is my new favorite place to do business with! Kings valet can not even compete with hops! Everyone here was really friendly as well.!

A friend of mine called me to look at his car that hops detailed. One of the kids that they let drive the cars wrecked it. Very rare valuable car worth around a $100,000. Minor front end damage that could be 10-20,000 to repair. If you want kids ram around with your car go ahead and take it there. I would highly recommend not going.

I have used hops for years! They do a great job inside and out. Impressive how clean your car will look. Their engine compartment cleaning is crazy good. Highly recommend!

I had them detail my truck before i sold it. Was supposed to cost around $250. Total bill was $850. They called me when they had my truck half done and said "well the bill went up. Its going to cost more. Do you want me to stop now or finish the job?" Well i didnt have a choice did I, Couldnt leave the truck half done. The buyer was waiting for the truck. I complained to the nice lady at front desk. She said the owner would call me to sort it all out. I call multiple times. Never answered or called back. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE.Service: Auto detailing

I worked there for a day but had an emergency and was unable to continue my employment. But honestly the owner and the other workers there are an amazing team of guys. I wish I still worked there. Loved every minute of it

Had my windows tinted about 6 maybe 8 months ago, at that time there were a couple bubbles in the tint, I waited and took my vehicle back about a week later! hop himself came out looked and told me he could try to redo it but it might have more he guaranteed that if something was wrong that he would replace it then! well went to the bank a couple weeks ago! Rolled my window down once I reached the teller at the drive thru! Window went down tint wrinkled! needles to say I just removed the rest and made the apt! They rescheduled me so I couldn't go in but my boyfriend was able to do so, so he did for me! Come home check the tint big bubble and I find out they charged him 75$ to redo it! WTF! Heather did not tell me on the phone I would be charged!!!! She asked what happened and I told her! If I was going to be charged I would have just went somewhere else since I was not impressed in the first place! Shitty customer service and shitty TINT! This is b********

I got my husband a gift certificate to get his truck detailed. The truck was quite the mess inside. I didn’t think they would be able to do much with the carpeting especially. He and I were very happy with the job! Not only was the interior very clean but they also did the engine and outside. The rims were so nicely done too. All looks great and we are very pleased with all the work that was done.
