The staff here is wonderful and the pricing is great. Much more expensive at other jewellers that are nearby. I had been having some trouble with the safety chain on my bracelet breaking. They had fixed it for a second time at no charge. I got it caught on something and broke it again. I found some much larger gold chain at home and they fixed it for me. I didn’t look at my receipt until I got home. They only charged me $2.00. They have my business for life!

I brought a bracelet that I wear 24/7 to have a broken clasp repaired. Everyone at Hopman's is very sweet and helpful. I was able to pick it up two weeks later and the gal asked if I wanted to wear it and I said yes, so she put it on me and presumably fasten the clasp. It's one of those bracelets you can't put on by yourself. I went on my way, but realized several days later that I hadn't seen it on my wrist since the time I had walked out the door of Hopman's with it. I never take it off, and I had not taken it off after I left there so I know that it fell off somewhere...I I know they meant well, but it's clear to me it was not fastened accurately. I called them to see if they had found it by chance, and they had not. And then they told me that the person who helped me said they knew they had fastened it. But then they told me I should search my car. Hmmm. If it was truly repaired and the clasp accurately fastened then why would it be laying in my car? It was a gold bracelet so I suppose someone has found it and hocked it by now. Sad, because I am out the bracelet and the repair cost.

I’m always pleased with the adjustments that I have asked for from the staff at Hopman’s Jewelers. They have replaced chains, shortened chains and added clasps which are easier to open and close. They have made my sentimental jewelry into pieces that go better with my outfits and now I enjoy wearing them again instead of leaving them unused in a jewelry box. Thank you so much!

I have always appreciated Hopman Jewlers....actually since I was a child looking at charms when they were located at Easy Shopping Center near Volcanos...back in the days....They helped me with a charm on that 50 year old charm bracelet that I found again. Always polite and willing to help...they created clasp for another bracelet my husband purchased for me that I feared would slip off of my wrist... Thank you to Hopmans for years of supporting Elkhart customers with beautiful jewelry...and assistance!!
