I was told they would call me to set up a haircut and a hair color consultation but nothing. I did try to call back several times but it was useless ? even went there 1 hour after they opened and no one was there. It has been almost 3 weeks now and had to go get it done at Walmart. I wouldn't mind changing the review but I am disappointed.
