Kacee in this Elkhart office took over my account when my preparer retired during tax season. She picked up all perfectly, jumped in, answered all questions, and completed my return even though we no longer live in this area. We communicated by phone, email, and their online system. All went smoothly. We look forward to using her again!

Horrible place to get your taxes done. Trying to get my problem resolved and they have no interest whatsoever. They never keep in touch with you about what is going on.

Not happy , doesn't feel like they are fighting to figure out what is wrong, how is it wrong! And if it's nothing is wrong why have I been waiting since March 2, 2021 . Things just don't make sense, and don't feel i have answers!! I have went through them for more then 12 years.
