After you buy a car they don’t care. I have a limited dealer warranty and cannot get any information. Every time I call they have me talk to someone different with a promise of getting back to me. I’ve spent a week trying to figure out my warranty on a car we can’t drive. I already had to replace the rotors that they turned instead of replacing. They were warped and the back sides were rusty. Now my service engine soon light is on with a camshaft issue. A week later (today) the service manger leaves me a voicemail with an 800 number and also stated the finance manger has been trying to call me. I talked to the finance manager one time last week for maybe 2 minutes and he told me I needed to talk with the service manager and that he would call me.

DO NOT BUY USED FROM GURLEY LEEP HONDA!!!! We bought a used car over a year ago and wish we wouldn't have. SHADY is the best word to describe this dealership. Of course they play the whole "we are as honest as we can be" card and make you feel all warm and bubbly inside. Luckily I talked them down $4000 on their absurd asking price. Bought the vehicle knowing it might need a little work, fixed those and keep finding more surprises.
I'd leave more detail but not worth my time. Do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere. From my research their service department has a history of unhappy customers. Add me and my mechanic to that list!!!

I went there to fix my car door and while there my repair engine light came on. They said it was probably my spark plugs.And sure enough it was,go figure. Paid 370 dollars for new plugs, and I had new plugs just 3 months ago. I will never do business with them again. I told a guy in the waiting room how my light came on after I got there,and he said that it happened to him too!! He was there for a tire repair.

Our honda was sold with a bumper to bumper Honda 36k mile warranty ( yeah right ) this place only damages cars more when they are in for service 1) we will never buy another honda. 2) we will never buy a car from any gurely Leep locations ever. Just because of how poorly we was treated

Went all around Michiana doing research and comparing and I must say Gurley Leep Honda in Elkhart has been beyond the most accommodating, understanding, helpful and inviting even after the sale was done. Even after the sale we had a concern and they immediately took care of it with no cost to us. I should have had all my business come here first years ago. I thought my mother was looking for a unfindable deal on a gem of a suv and they went above and beyond. Uri did amazing. And the whole crew was top shelf. Incredible service and work guys.

Excellent service before during and after the sale. I'd been driving a 2004 Camry for 16 years and was completely unfamiliar with newer vehicle technology. The salesman, Cristian, spent extra time familiarizing me with the vehicle and making sure I was set up and comfortable before I left the dealership in my new-to-me 2020 Honda CR-V.

Adel often has trouble with understanding others, and will often disreguard your statements and negative observations with Any vehicle, like for example Damage or missing valve stems, I went to the dealership to veiw a green manual transmission honda Civic coupe, and when i got there he seemed nice at first but after we started checking the car for any previous damage i found that the last owner or someone had scraped the underside front bumper all the way up to the tires Alot, then the when the hood was open i looked around and found that the AC valve stem covers were missing and i pointed this out to Adel and he argued with me saying that the car from factory was like that... Either he lied or doesn't understand cars also was very angry seeming for the rest of the time i was there.
So i left soon after and eventually the car sold to someone else for the price i offerred initially. The other guys were far nicer and far more helpful, i reccomend talking with them first.

Had a great experience working with Gurley Leep on my recent purchase of a used Honda Pilot. As a Michigan buyer, Casey Feil was super prompt in responding to emails ahead of me making the trip to look at a couple cars I was interested in. This gave me confidence to make the hour drive south. I also appreciate the dealership offers Carfax reports with detailed service records for their vehicles. Everyone at the dealership was professional and helpful. Casey and his manager, Ken, were able to come down a bit on price to keep the vehicle within my exact budget, and I feel like I walked away with a phenomenal deal. Very grateful for a smooth buying process! Was in and out within 3 hours, and I test drove two vehicles. Thanks!

I didn't use but the service representative I encountered was uninterested, seemed confused, and unprofessional. I left. I wouldn't recommend. The employees seem like they don't like it there.

Dealerships in my area made the car buying process absolutely traumatizing.
I drove 5 hrs total from Michigan to Gurley Leep because it was worth it! I got clear communication from sales guy, Adel. No fluff, no extra jargon, he answered all my questions promptly. I had no drama, everything went very smoothly. I will make the drive again when I need a new car. I'm very happy with the whole experience.

I recently purchased a 2021 Honda CRV and couldn't be happier. My salesperson Ethan Figueroa was a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable and helpful, as I am not tech savvy. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle, I highly recommend Gurley Leep Honda Elkhart.

My experience at Gurley Leep was excellent. Our salesman, Ethan, did a great job of showing us the vehicle without being overwhelming. The process felt smooth and natural. The manager, Ken, was able to offer us a great deal and led to a smooth drive back home.

Just bought a used vehicle from this dealership. They gave me a wrong second key/fob. It does not work for my vehicle (wrong key pattern). They refuse to make the situation right.
They also did not fill car with gas prior to me taking it.
They tried to coerce me into signing up for extra theft protection saying it had to be purchased through their dealership. Saying all their cars have it.
I adamantly declined it knowing I had my own insurance that would cover theft.
Then saying since I didn’t pay the extra theft fee they shouldn’t have to help rectify the wrong key situation!!
Just a shady, unprofessional dealership that I will never recommend or do business with again!
