On June 5, 2022 my husband and I call Grubbs to make an appointment to have our septic pumped. Made the appointment for them to come out on Tuesday June 7, 2022. Asked them to come out in the late afternoon so we could ask for an estimate on having a riser put in. They never showed. We called the office to find out when they was going to be out and the rude lady couldn’t give me any answers. Just said the guy was out with the truck and couldn’t get ahold of him. We never got a call on when they was coming or if they was gonna be late. Here it is June 8, 2022 (Wednesday) and we never got a call and they never showed up. I wouldn’t ever recommend this company to anyone. If I could give zero stars I would!!

Called grubbs on Wednesday they offered to come out the next day or the following day for a standard septic system cleaning. The gentleman that came out was right on time and super friendly answering all my questions and even chatted with me about the process while it was going on. Definitely recommend and I would use them again.

Of the many places we called, Grubb’s was the only one that returned our call. They came out the next day, were on time and very knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely use them again and will recommend them to others.

Called about our septic being pumped....why do they expect the customer to open the tank? Isnt that part of the fricken business?

The Harold/owner came out he pumped the septic was on time the price was reasonable great service I would recommend them to everyone the owners very personable and knows a lot I will rate them a 10.

Septic was backing up on a Saturday. Called our normal Septic company - no answer. Called Grubb's and Harold answered the phone. He walked me through a couple things to make sure it was a septic issue. He was in the middle of a busy day but made it happen for us in the afternoon. Great people and great service when you need it. I called many others with no response or would come for 2 1/2 times what Harold charged us. Great service and reasonable price.

I highly recommend Grubb's for their excellent service! I called them because I was having a septic issue and they were very friendly on the phone and were here the next day. They were very prompt and professional and gave me a wonderful referral for other services I needed. My septic issue is now resolved due to their help and compassion. I was really stressing over my septic issue and they helped save the day! Thank You! I am a loyal customer for life now. Trust means everything and I have total faith in these guys.

On a Saturday morning, we were in need of service asap. Grubb's responded immediately and came to my father's home in less than two hours. The gentleman who came to provide service was very personable, professional and provided excellent service. Grubb's was the only provider that did not double the charge because it was a weekend and the fee was one half of what others were charging. They earned the five star rating.
