!!! Not a Retail Friendly Store !!!I was on the hunt for some m8-1.25 hardware was unable to find anything locally at the big box stores (Menards, Lowes) ran across Fastenal online when searching & seen we had a local branch, Found what I needed easily on the website, Found they had it in stock at my elkhart store branch, made the order online to pick up in store. Online purchase went great. Where it all went downhill is when I went to pickup the order at the store. Received email order was ready for pickup, Went to the store, walked in and the vibe in the store was very different, Was not greeted at the parts counter was greeted by a women sitting in her desk looking over her computer screen away from the counter. Was treated like an inconvenience. Was informed the order was not ready for pickup and needed to be picked. Hardware was slapped on the counter as if it was an inconvenience. Receipt was printed and I was told I was good to go. Definitely not what I was expecting from the customer service front. To boot got home to find out the hardware had incorrect quantities but wasn't trying to make another trip back to be treated like an inconvenience. Would not recommend if your a retail customer. This Branch must only care about big $$$ buisness accounts.
