I had an issue with my lights not working on the back of my rv and the dealership pretty much told me they wouldn’t help so I called Encore. They pulled the electrical guy off the floor to talk to me on the phone, Rob. He told me where to start to try to fix the issue because I was miles and miles away from any repair shop. I looked at what he said and he was right!! The wires were hanging inside the wheel well and the tire caught it and ripped the wire. I repaired it like he said and everything works. Thank you Rob!! Saved me from traveling hundreds of miles to find a repair location and gave me the exact location for the issue.

I purchased a 2023 12RK and absolutely love it. I've spent just about every weekend in it since I purchased it in July. The quality of the build is second to none and the customer service is flawless. This is a high end trailer at an affordable price!

We decided in Spring of 2023 that we wanted to return to camping and when we began searching for trailers and RVs we stumbled upon the Encore site and the RoG line. Not wanting a huge hauling vehicle and a huge trailer we would have to pay to store and then challenge ourselves to use, we fell in love with the ROG 12RK Survival Series. We can easily tow with our Jeeps (Cherokee Trailhawk and Wrangler Islander) and we store it in our garage with no problems.We immediately sought out our trailer and made the purchase. Not a second of regret since.Encore's product and its staff support has been outstanding. Minor issues we discovered during our shakedown led to personal interactions with the Encore team. Multiple calls with the production manager, and amazing service and support as we upgraded the awning and added screens to really make the trailer our ideal.We can't recommend the Encore experience enough. This is not a typical RV manufacturer. Quality parts, a commitment to making things right and an active engagement makes us feel like Encore believes in its work and is not just putting out products. They live the Adventure trailer lifestyle and have a passion for people like us because they are us.We purchased a 2024 12rk-ss from Holman RV in Batavia Oh. We love our ROG.

I purchased a 12BH in September of 2022. When I bought it I believe it was the first RoG in Florida. The team at Encore have been amazing with the few minor issues we have had with it. It is by far the best camper that I have ever owned. It fits perfectly inside my garage and is always a topic of conversations when when we are out camping. Encore RV is doing great things and I can not wait to see what they have in store.

We stopped by for warranty work and the entire staff went above and beyond. Jaime, Rick, Rich and the entire team were professional and kind. They truly care about the quality of their product and service. Amazing warranty!!

First off can't say enough about their customer service. Out of all the camper manufacturers out there they truly care about their customers and the quality of their products. Rich and his team are always open to new ideas to better their product from those that use it. Highly recommend Encore RV.
