This man knows his stuff! I had multiple issues that I didn't even know I had with my driver board, and brought it to him. He had it fixed the following day. Talk about turn around, and quality craftsmanship. Everything was first rate! He took care to do it right, and make it look good. I really appreciate his attention to detail. Classy guy with great service. I couldn't recommend him more.

Bought a pinball machine off marketplace in partial working order. Did some work on it at home, including watching countless hours of helpful videos, but eventually ran into a wall and had difficulty solving some remaining issues. I intended to take the cabinet to John for service, but he asked to speak over the phone first. He gave me some simple guidance that was obviously drawn from his many years of experience in the field. Within a short time after trying his suggestions, the table was back to life and playable! I know for sure I'll be using John's services in the future if new problems come up. In the meantime, I strongly recommend using his service if needed. He might be one of the only local pinball repair businesses, but he very well may be the best also. Now we're happily playing the game on our own machine. Thank you John for your help!

Fist class fantastic company. John is a really talented guy. You won’t find anyone better to service a pinball machine especially older electromechanical machines.Refurbished my 1976 Bally Captain Fantastic. Just an amazing job.

Custom equipment requires a custom repair technician, couldn't be happier with Elkhart Pinball. John went through the whole machine and replaced all burnt out bulbs, batteries, checked fuses, fixed a "flipper", etc. then also installed several aftermarket parts and lights I had sourced to enhance the play field. I was able to learn a lot by watching him work part of the time and his guidance was very valuable; he answered all my questions plus now I have this cool new key ring.
