Had an amazing experience at Eby's. They are quick and do good paint work. Left my rear bumper like new If your looking to get your car fixed you should get it fixed there. Thanks Jeremiah Weaver for helping us

Apparently my van was "the bane of Jeramiah's existence". The Paint shop was "bottlenecked." That's understandable. I Took it there to get the front bumper and fender repaired from my husband hitting a Deer. Hubby and deer are just fine. ? I ONLY called them on the dates they said it would be ready so I wasn't being a pain. They never called me. They told insurance we picked it up on Wednesday before Thanksgiving, we did not even get a call much less picked it up. Then, when we called Monday, they took a while to call me back to tell me it was ready. We go over there to pick it up not expecting it to be up by the road with ice all over and the doors frozen shut. They just left it there. We couldn't get the side doors open to get a scraper out to take off the inch or so of very hard ice. I couldn't check the job they did at the site, the weather was super cold and ice all over. NOW, let's get to the work they did. It was not good. I took it up to another shop to confirm it was shoddy work. I'm waiting for a State Farm adjuster now to come and inspect EBY's work. I did not call EBY to complain as I didn't think I could be civil about it. I waited to do this review as well so I didn't do a Karen or KaRANT. ? There's a whole list of stuff wrong. This post is already becoming a novel so think I'll just leave it at that. After it's all fixed, I'll have a complete list of everything that has to get redone. I do not Recommend EBY Collision in Elkhart off CR17. ?

They are quick and do good paint work. Fix a lot of vehicles. I had an issue with my truck after the repair and they managed to get me back in and fix it.

I had an amazing experience at Eby's.Was rear-ended six weeks ago. They did fantastic work on my truck and made it just like new. Within a week of getting it back, someone scratches my bumper on the brand new paint and of course, didn't leave a note.I go back in, they were able to buff it out and get me back on the road in about 15 minutes. Great service!Thanks so much!
