If you've gone to the local planet fitness just continue to go there. It's ridiculous what you have to pay for such a run down gym. It's not half as clean as planet fitness and even less equipment. I switched to this gym because my company got a discount and made it about the equivalent cost to planet fitness and I regretted it since the first day.

This was a great location, staff was friendly gym was clean and I was able to get a full workout! As someone who travels ALOT for work across the country, I can boldly say this was a good choice!

This gym is very bad, it is more expensive than the others and there is always a lot of damaged equipment, when you want to leave and cancel the subscription they force you to pay 1 year. I was going to Venezuela for 1 year and I let them know that I was leaving, that I did not want to pay for 1 year without using the service and they were asking me for a lot of proof to see if it was true that I was leaving, I showed them the ticket and that was not enough For them, they forced me to pay for 1 full year without using the service

Needs some updating but great selection of machines and workout types and lots of space. Worth it.

Equipment is very old and some broken. Kinda run down but close to home. Other locations are small and always busy. 24 hour fitstops have been better than the eastlake locations

I remember using the sauna once and got kicked out because a worker claimed "I was smoking". Fresh off of a 12 hour shift and that's what I had to deal with. Fast forward a year later I try to cancel my membership (which I forgot to before moving) and they are telling me I can't cancel without being in person. Trash gym.

Acceptable facilities for powerlifters and serious weight trainers. 2 full tracks and more advanced equipment is enough for all the Big 5 exercises. However, many of the other machines are either busted or in disrepair. The owner clearly isn't interested in fixing epuipment once it breaks, making it a rather unsafe place to exercise.

Horrible business operation here.Tennis courts not in membership, basketball courts only certain times. Gym is small and out dated equipment that don't even have readable weights on half the equipment. Won't let you cancel so they trap you after you find out it's a joke. They should tell you that you can't use tennis courts and basketball sometimes when you sign up.

Their indoor tennis courts are great and their staff here is very courteous and friendly. They have a large assortment of exercise equipment. Their membership prices will not send you to the poor house.

If you're going to advertise that you have a sauna in your facility I believe the opportunity to the sauna should not be limited based on one's gender. I'm incredibly disappointed in the Elkhart location of this franchise for being so incredibly sexist to only limiting the use of the sauna to those belonging to/identifying with the male gender. It is completely unfair to the female/female identifying community who are a part of the gym/health and wellness community to not have access to the same amenities that the male gender does. If I am paying the same amount then the amenities need to be accessible to all, not just one gender. I sincerely hope this situation is taken seriously and that this is a wake up call that women deserve the same amenities in this space as men. There is already a stigma around the gym that women have to face going into this building without also having to face blatant discrimination against a gender for not allowing access to the same amenities that we are paying for but not receiving. It is unfair and I hope this is resolved.

I had a generally positive experience overall at Eastlake. A few of their satellite locations always seemed to be under duress. The trash cans runneth over, toilets unclean--however under an ideal lifting session, I wouldn't need the toilets.Ultimately, Eastlake got beat-out on amenities by another gym in the area.

If you move out of state and need to cancel your membership even once you’re out of contract good luck they make you jump through all kinds of hoops!!!
