If you need any work done on your RV call Duncan RV Repair. They could not be more courteous, friendly, helpful and willing to do whatever it takes to satisfy their customers. We had warranty issues with our new RV. The manufacturer had contracted with Duncan to do the work. We were blessed to have some of the best in the industry doing the work. Don't hesitate to call them if you need any work done. Oh and we met someone who had a broken windshield replaced on their motorhome. They told us it was the second one they had to have replaced. They came here for the first one and wouldn't go anywhere else for the second one. Thank you to Brian, Jenn. Angela and the two Mr. Duncans. We give you a 10 and a great thumbs up.

We are here now and I'm trying to keep my mouth shut and let my husband do his thing. He's very passionate about our RV especially since it's our home. He likes to know what's being done and communication is crucial since it prevents error or miscommunication between staff and client. I like that they do pop in and let us know about things we have a concern of at that time. I know the staff is busy and trying to get everyone satisfied and they've shown it. This is our second time here and we've never been disappointed. Great job team Duncan!

This RV repair center is a great place for your repairs, they do it all. We dropped our unit off for furnace and generator repair, the repairs were made on time and to our satification but upon return ing home the furnace would not lite and we were packed and ready to leave the next morning, one call and the service mgr. Came to our home in Michigan and made the repairs, now rhat is service. We are now in Floridia and all repairs are working great, thanks Duncan RV.

Duncan was in possession of an RV that I purchased via an online auction. The extent to which the RV was stripped of its valuable components is truly unbelievable....multiplexers, horns, Onan 10K generator, top of the line mirrors with cameras, audio equipment- to name just a few items that were missing from the coach. They actually cut the nose of the RV in an attempt to make a mold of a hard to find fiberglass piece- damaging the coach in the process.
