What’s going on with this place? No new camps, clinics, or classes are on the schedule after July 31st, they’re down to only 3 instructors and haven’t hired a new one in almost a year, the owners were just sued for $573,000 and were issued a default judgement against them & now they’re trying to start some new travel team and “training center” that doesn’t have the name D-BAT anywhere on it? And you don’t even need to be a D-BAT member to join?So why’s it called Blacksmith Academy? And this new facility isn’t even a perk for members?? Shouldn’t it be called D-BAT Academy? Too many red flags about this place and its ownership for it just to be rumors. Sounds to me like they’re either trying to start their own thing or they’re getting this one taken away.

Our adventure took us to this hidden gem during the radiant hours of the day, or what some might consider the late afternoon. As luck would have it, we stumbled upon a sanctuary of tranquility, for the place was far from bustling. With an aura of pristine cleanliness enveloping the entire establishment, it felt as though we had stepped into the realm of impeccable hygiene itself. The spacious indoor setting provided an ideal arena for our training endeavors, while the friendly staff whisked away any worries we may have had. Like a smooth and effortless pirouette, our entry, training, and exit seamlessly melded together, creating an experience that was as easy as pie.

Great staff and facility. It is always clean and there nearly always seems to be a cage of some type available. Most of the regulars are courteous and respectful. All in all a good experience.

Second time coming here for my 7 year old son. They do a great job giving lesson. It's a little pricey, though, but we're talking Omar Matos, who's played for the Pittsburgh pirates. $80 an hour

Used to be a great place. Having to pay on top of the membership is a big let down. Wish they would create a cheaper membership for just cage rentals, for people who are not interested in the pitching machines. Paying $68 per month and then having to pay more to stay longer than 30 minutes makes it pretty pricey to go there multiple times per month.

We have needed a place like D-Bat in the area for a long time. The facility is always clean and the staff is always helpful. Our kids love spending time in the batting cages and the lessons/camps are great!

We love Dbats. Great place to go for all your baseball needs. Their store is growing every week. Batting cages are awesome and it is always clean. Highly recommend.
