Apparently there is a problem with the “Pharmacy Manager”, using lightly the term manager. I had to pick up a prescription yesterday and just after this person said they had to mix it, I asked if it was flavored (for a kid). He asked what flavor I wanted. Not knowing this is a thing you can choose, I asked what flavors where available. He had the nerve to toss his hands around like I caused him some sort of inconvenience. Pardon me for asking you you a question. You chose this job, not me. If you don’t want human interaction, see yourself somewhere else. Seems as if this man has gotten off lightly for quite some time for his ridiculous, childish behavior.

I would not give this pharmacy even 1 start but 0 stars is not an option. FRANK is horrible!!! He needs a lesson on how to treat customers. He hangs up on you, has a horrible attitude, will ignore you, and will not run goodrx like they are supposed to. I work at a medical facility and we were trying to get information on a prescription we had sent there and he said i'm not answering that we just opened and then proceeded to hang up. I'm also a customer there and I will be switching my prescriptions elsewhere so I do not have to deal with this man again.

Pharmacist was so RUDE. He was literally irritated that he had to get my medication. He even mocked me when I said I use Good Rx. In the middle of my sentence he shut the glass window in my face. I was in shock. I’ve been a nurse for over 20 years….. I understand the fiend were in. I would never treat a customer/ patient like that!!! Also the lady that initially opened the window was a joyless, rude woman. Unbelievable !

If I could give their pharmacy less than one star, I would. The lead pharmacist today had his head so far up another part of his anatomy, I'm surprised anything can ever get done there. He was rude, inefficient, and totally unhelpful. I'm now a Walgreens customer for life!

The store gets a 1/5 but the store’s new GM, TERRI, is fantastic! This particular CVS (the pharmacy) has a lot of problems. It’s the shorter pharmacist that is the virus of that store. Anyway. I’m not going to type out my entire situation as it’s medical info but Terri, I would give her a 20 out of 10 if I could. She sat with me for over an hour and tended only to me. Went right back the pharmacy and basically told him to do his job. It’s to the point where we are going to have to get an attorney if the issue isn’t solved and oh what do you know when that word is mentioned his demeanor completely changed. So if you ever need help at this location 3600 cassopolis st corner of cass and cr 4 Terri is a blessing to have at that store and she could turn it around to the way cvs used to be. Terri if you see this. Thank you again so much. You were my saving grace yesterday!

Absolute horrible customer service, all I did was ask for help finding a medication and had to ask 3 people… no one wanted to take the time to help. The store was literally empty. Such a waste

CVS, really need to have their employees take some customer service training! We went through the drive-thru to today to pick-up my grand babies prescription they both had strep-throat :( when we got to the window the actual pharmacist by the name of Frank was so RUDE When he came to the window, he asked for the information as they always do. He closed the window to go get the prescription. He came back and said "nothing here" and slammed the window. My daughter started to wave him down to ask him if he had checked the pharmacy voicemail. When he opened the window, he didn't give my daughter a chance to even speak. He yelled and said, "I told you there's nothing here. My daughter started to cry and told him my two boys are running 105 degree fevers and crying and she didn't understand why he was being so rude. He never asked if she had any questions or anything and slammed the window again.My six year old grandson asked my daughter why she was crying.How does CVS let their employees act like this? They have no idea what parents are going through with their kids. Both her boys were feeling miserable as it was, and then to have to deal with people like this is so disappointing.This is not the first time these employees have been rude towards us. I truly believe they are racist towards hispanics.I will also be contacting the CVS corporate office on Monday morning! This is unacceptable!

The pharmacist, Frank, is extremely rude, disrespectful and condescending! He lacks complete empathy. I am in shock and in disbelief that he gets away with treating customers in such an awful way. No regard for patrons whatsoever! I will not be going back!!

Came in to pick up medicine at the pharmacy counter and the old man wanted to yell at me that he couldn’t hear me and threw his hands in the air. I was just trying to get medicine because my tonsils were swollen and it hurt to talk. Horrible service.

I was on a family road trip and needed medication. My Dr was able to call in the prescription to the nearest pharmacy and this CVS was able to fill it within 30 minutes so we didn't lose a ton of time waiting around. I was super appreciative of the staff and the consideration given to my situation. My husband and three kids also are grateful. Thank you CVS!

Call the prescription in this morning 8 AM said it would be done by noon. Never sent me a message saying it was done so I called was on hold for over 40 minutes no one ever picked up I drove all the way there why on hold still no one ever picked up prescription was never ready!
