Bristol St cvs went in for a prescription pharmacist and tech were rude nasty looks when I asked for clarification of another CVS had it in stock that ignored me and refused to answer me will never go back and since my insurance pays a lot of money towards my prescriptions as do I out of pocket I'll gladly go somewhere else atleast the one on nappannee was respectful.

Jonnie in the pharmacy made our day when she went the extra mile to research my husband’s prescription. She saved us over $900 every three months. We hope for nothing but wonderful things for her!!
We are, however, perplexed as to why none of the other people we’ve spoken to about this particular prescription was able to share the same information with us. The two of us have made multiple trips into the store over the last week.
Jonnie(I’m probably spelling it wrong) is a fantastic employee and we appreciate her efforts!

I don’t know how these people tie their shoes in the morning. I go to get someone to assist me in ringing me out, no one is in line. The intellectually challenged person walks up to the front with me and starts ringing a different person up. It was so frustrating. Dead eyes. Avoid this place.

The lady at the drive-through was extremely rude to me, telling me that my prescription will take at least 30 minutes and I live exactly 1 mile away. I left pulled in my driveway and received a text that my prescription was ready when I was just there two minutes ago.

I requested my prescription be transferred to your store at 900 East Bristol Street in Elkhart on Tuesday 4/16/2024. The woman who took my info told me that she wasn't sure if they would get it done that night, but if not the prescription would be available the following day. I told her that tomorrow would be fine and asked for them to please text me when it was available. She assured me that she would make that happen. On 4/17/2024 at 7:50pm I called to check on the progress since I didn't receive a text. The pharmacist, Rehan, told me he has no record of my attempted transfer. His tone came across as uncaring of my need as I am almost out of my medication. I requested assuredness that this isn't a frequent situation customers deal with and explained I cannot tolerate my prescriptions not being made available when needed. He was not empathetic about the situation and told me that we should just leave the prescriptions where they are at currently or I can just go elsewhere. Their mistake was not owned or addressed and it was made to be the customers fault.

I had already gone to 2 other CVS locations looking for a specific item. I called the location on Bristol St., which had what I was looking for. When I got there, I found that the lady I had talked to put the item behind the front counter for me! I also saved quite a bit of money by using my coupons and my $10 monthly membership reward ?

Jacquelyn was helpful. I had only come in for Easter candy, but she pointed out some sale items to me which I ended up purchasing. After I checked out I realized I hadn't given her my CVS member information. Then, Kaitlyn helped me. Some of the items didn't ring up correctly, and she made sure it was correct. Kaitlyn apologized for my wait. Both girls did a great job! I definitely will shop at this cvs again!

I haven’t had a negative experience at the CVS and I’ve been going there for years. The employees are very polite and most of them engage in conversation. This is my favorite particular CVS.
