This experienced and customer focused business fixed our shower's water leak and we were on the road later same day to make it home for Thanksgiving.In our lap around the country, we found that some of the most impressive looking highway dealerships won't even return your calls regarding warranty repairs.This place was recommended by our manufacturer for any chance of November results.We were so grateful for the service.Thanks again!

A few years ago, I had this business start servicing my motorhome. For two straight years, the motorhome would sit for months without any repairs being done, and limited communication. When the repairs were done, they were done right, but it took forever and many repairs were never done. About a year ago, I had generator issues, and I kept being told that there was no one who did generator repairs in the area that could help, and they would have to fly someone in to Florida. After multiple frustrating conversations, I called another service center who immediately connected me with a business that could help. In the past year since leaving this business, I have received much better service from a rival shop. Again, they do a good job with repairs, but my experience with their customer service and communication was poor.

They did a pretty good job installing new front window in my solitude. The price was fair. They left a good amount of glue on the couch that I had to remove with a dremel. Also a few light scratches in the paint. Nothing terrible but I wish I had inspected it a little closer. They did fix a leak for me that had come up last minute and did some other warranty work that saved me from going to another shop. Becky is super nice and every one was friendly. I would use them again.

The people here really care about their customers and they stick with a problem until it is fixed. Kevin Stiles is especially excellent and extremely knowledgeable. This is based on 2 visits and their prices are very reasonable for what they accomplish. Becky is excellent at getting the customer what they need. We use this for a insurance damaged roof it was an entire roof repair and replacement ceiling replacement windshield replacement. The motorhome was left completely full of debris and mouse we have safety vinyl runners that were supposed to be left on the floor to prevent scratching they disregarded those rules although they were confirmed over a dozen times with the owner and the technician as a result they have permanently destroyed my laminate floors. We found that the whole facility was in a state of confusion as they constantly needed reminding of instructions they also totally disregarded the instruction of reinstalling an ancient crank up antenna went ahead and installed it and then uninstall debt leaving patches in the brand new roof that never should’ve even been holes. along with this headache the price constantly kept going up ended up being over $10,000 more than they originally accepted a competitors “to get the job also took two months longer than it was supposed to. And they never did the ceiling I still haven’t received an updated quote for the ceiling which was included it in the first original bid. can’t explain the enormous disappointment inputting trust in this company would really divert people from doing business with those company without a hand written guaranteed price in hand upfront and take several walk-through videos before hand and bring lawn Forssman when you check out for damages.Service: Body & Trim

Just recently ordered some hydraulic rams though Terry at Custom RV and had an awesome experience. His opinion on parts was spot on and prices seemed to be fair. Received the parts much quicker than expected. I am an out of state RV Dealer and would order though this company again!

Custom RV is great. They went out of their way to fit me in their busy schedule. Although they were not able to fix my issue during my visit due to parts availability (not their fault), they diagnosed the issue and ordered the necessary parts so the coach could be fixed when I'm able to return.They were incredibly professional and worked with me to arrange a time to return when it worked for me (I'm not local). They are honest, fair, and helpful. Much appreciated!

We were traveling through Elkhart, Indiana in early Nov. 2020, and needed to replace our torn slide out sled skis on our 5th wheel. We decided to replace the OEM sled skis with an aftermarket product from Duo Form. We contacted Rachael, the aftermarket manager at Duo Form products in Edwardsburg, MI (less than 10 miles away) and she recommended having Brian at Custom RV repair do the install. Brian was booked into Dec., but even on short notice, felt he could squeeze us in the following day. Not only did he and his staff replace the sled skis, but he cleaned our carpeting transition strip that was full of contact cement from the original torn skis. This was just exceptional service done by a very knowledgeable and considerate group of individuals. Their rapport and professionalism exceeded our expectations and performed everything within a short period of time thus allowing us to continue our trip with little interruption. Kudos to Brian and his staff and also to Rachael at DuoForm for helping us out in such short notice. Great work, honest people and very fair prices.
