JUST DONT! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !
Read the review here of Jason Burnworth. It says everything ! My family’s experience here has been the same as Jason Burnworth’s.
So much money wasted . Save yourself the stress. Not worth it. I’m not sure how this business represents itself as a “provider” of medical care.

This place is a joke. Time management and organization are not a strong suit.

I scheduled an appointment for a consult and was not told at the time of the consult there would be $250 fee for the appointment. 24hrs before I had a medical emergency and called to speak with the nurse to explain and reschedule. I was on my back for week with no ability to go in and the urgent care visit for proof. Two days later I had a $250 charge on my account. Later found an email in my spam folder with this disclaimer. I have left a message, and sent two emails and no one has called me back.i would hope in an emergency situation like this they would make an exception to a reschedule. Seems not. Just a forewarning as I have now read and heard from others they do not respond and have not disclosed their consult fee.

This medical office is, quite literally, a breath of fresh air! All the staff are warm, friendly, attentive, and helpful. Every visit is pleasant and the staff work together to serve and place value on the clients. Highly recommend!

Went for a consult appointment. When I made the appointment, I confirmed it was just a consult and staff never mentioned a fee to just to go in and talk with them and see what they had to offer. I was STUNNED when I left and they charged me $240 just to see what they offered. Typically consults are at no charge or at least a reduced fee. If I had know I would have NOT kept my appointment. NP was nice enough, but partly felt like a sales pitch. If you're looking for naturopathic medicine you should look at all your options in the area.

I can't give this company any stars. DO NOT GO TO THEM! NO COMPASSION, ONLY CARE ABOUT THE MONEY! (I've never written a review, but had to on this company). I had an appointment scheduled with them that I intended to go to, but my babysitter canceled last minute. I live an hour away and have 4 young kids, including a baby whose nap time would have been the time of the appointment. I called to reschedule, but they said I would need to pay $250 for the missed appointment!! Crazy amount! They didn't even attempt to reschedule because they said she was so booked out and they were trying to get me in there at my scheduled time. I told my situation to the receptionist who then transferred me to the office manager. I told my situation again to her and received zero compassion or understanding. She insisted that I bring my kids with me. I told her there was no way I'd be able to focus while holding a tired baby. She didn't care. She then said she would transfer me to the Office Manager (thought I was already talking to the Office Manager (?)...they don't even know their own job titles) After being on hold for awhile this lady gets on the phone and I told her that she must know my situation and she acted like she didn't and rudely asked "Who am I talking to?" I explained my situation again and she wouldn't budge on charging me $250. I told her she is in the business of healing and helping people reduce stress and she had no problem doing this to me?! She stood by the "this is policy" excuse and she can't make an exception. I told her yes she could! It's in good faith, being a nice human being! I told her that clearly it's all about the money for them and that I was going to add to the bad reviews I've read (she didn't rebuke that they only care about the money, instead said that in these times they have to focus on the money!!! what?!) She even insulted my choice in babysitters and how I handle my kids!!! I told her not to dare to come at me with my personal life and how I am as a mother...I was fuming even more!! She ended up hanging up on me! They are extremely unprofessional. Hindsight, I'm so glad I didn't end up going to this appointment because I can only imagine how much more they would tried to charge for bullshit things. But I will not pay this exorbitant cancelation fee!!

I'm extremely grateful for the treatment and professional/kind staff at Crossroads Healing Arts. I just finished my final UBI treatment (3x weekly for a month) to deal with Lyme's. My blood work yesterday showed it's been successful. No more sperochets detected. Worth every penny! Highly recommend.

If I could rate with zero stars I would. This whole operation is a complete scam. After attending 2 appointments where I was demeaned and spoken to like a child, I should have left. Insurance will not cover the office visits ranging from 150-300. They have you do bloodwork and then will not give results over the phone. They hold them hostage until you are forced to make another appointment paying a new office visit simply to get results. They then send you home with more tests upwards of 300.00 each for you to perform at home, send in and then pay ANOTHER office visit to get those results. They say they are into whole health healing but they are not. They are very much money focused clearly more is better. They are into vitamin peddling at best. They do not care a single bit about finding solutions but try to keep you in a continuous testing appointment loop. They did not do a single thing to better my health after 2,000+ dollars spent. They have actually made my health much worse. They left me without thyroid medicine for 8+ days and said they had to cut me loose because I was rude and non compliant.

I suffered from extreme fatigue that was effecting every aspect of my life. After visiting our family dr and being told “female hormones are tough”, I went to crossroads. The entire staff has been friendly and helpful at every single visit. After my first visit, they discovered the root of my fatigue and immediately got me on a program to heal my body. That was four months ago and I’m feeling more like myself than I have in years. I’m very thankful for Dr. Rosek and the crossroads staff!

This is one of the worst run practices in existence. If you are reading this, find another provider. I have been a client here for somewhere around 6 years. Here are some examples:It’s very common for the doctor, nurse practitioner, phone nurse, and front desk staff to all give you opposing information. You will never get a clear answer on anything. The HRT docs here are using ancient protocols that will absolutely harm your body. They truly know nothing about modern day hormone replacement. Each time you visit, you will be subject to a completely different set of rules and protocols as the previous time. Nothing will ever work twice here the same way.If you need to talk to a nurse on the phone about meds, you can leave messages and they will never call you back. I actually had to drive in there a few times and confront them face to face.Prices for the same service have been different (all over the place) each time I’ve visited.I went to the office recently before traveling and was told specifically that they can send medicine to me as they do for other customers. They can longer prescribe higher quantities of medicine for traveling. Once I arrived at my destination I called them on 4 different occasions and was told they’d get back to me. Never happened. Not once. Now I get letter in the mail dismissing me from the clinic because of my “extensive travel plans”, which they told me face to face would be no problem. They changed doctors on me at one point. I told the new doc what my dosages were and they told me that I was wrong and that could never happen. Made me feel like a liar. Until they went through my records and saw it was correct. Then they changed it without telling me.This place used to have a legit doctor on staff and now he’s gone and there is no one running this place who knows what they are doing. It’s a nightmare to get anything done here and the entire team is fully incompetent. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Staff is very unprofessional and lack empathy. I really have wanted to give this place a go over the years, but they continue to disappoint.

Crossroads offers traditional medicine through the lens of alternative treatments. They're WHOLEistic as they go beyond treating the symptom to get to the root of the disease and treating the WHOLE person not just the obvious painful points.

My daughter was being treated at Dr. Lindsey's office for anxiety and limbic system trauma. After one particularly difficult session, my daughter was told that this treatment was not going to help her. This is after several treatments and discussion about her symptoms. Understandably, my daughter reacted emotionally. Dr. Lindsey's office called my daughter the next day and told her that they would no longer see her due to her reaction the previous day. No warning or referral to another health care provider. In my opinion, that is patient abandonment.
