Allstate is pretty easy to sign up, and the prices are not to crazy.
My issues come with the Safe Driving App.
At first it was just that the app would occasional log a hard break when I hadn't stopped at all, or even slowed. Annoying, but again, not horrible.
I mostly stopped paying Attention to the pp until I got a notification telling me I hadn't logged a trip in weeks. I was weird because my GPS is always on when I leave the house. I had to uninstall and reinstall the app and then it told me I had no trips logged at all.
I gave up and went about my business, figuring it was running now, so I'd just let it go. Awhile later I go into my app because I had gone on a trip with a coworker was turning out to be a horrible driver and I wanted to specify I wasn't the one driving. At that point I see I have had an incident logged. Several in fact.
Turned out I was getting dinged even though I was using my Bluetooth.
I cant even ask google to turn on directions while at a stoplight without getting dinged.
This is not what I signed up for.

The staff at Brock Allstate has always been super helpful and fast at responding to any questions that I have had. When I needed a policy to insure my classic Mustang, Rickland went well out of her way to make sure that I had the exact coverage I needed. I have been a very satisfied customer for several years.

I have worked with Cris and her team on and off for several years. They are knowledgeable, highly responsive and good at explaining technical differences in policies and coverage. I switched my homeowners insurance from Farmers who raised my rates and my coverage amounts every single year without saying a word to the point that the premium I was paying after 6 years was double that of what I started with, and my home was overinsured. Allstate does not have automatic increases and includes water damage in their coverage. Their premium for appropriate coverage was about 60% of the Farmers premium.

I feel welcomed and appreciated. The knowledge and courtesy is next to non, I changed insurances to save money (which I saved a great deal), but received so much more value with this team (Cris, Christine and Mark are amazing to work with). Thank you all.
