I went to the store two days in a row to pay my line and it was closed both times, but there were workers inside, they just kept looking at me and they didn't even open the door, they just ignored me, that's why I'm going to change companies

The staff act like they don't want you to switch to Cricket, unhelpful to the point of making excuses. Is not the whole point to bring more customers?

The phones are very expensive. I have been with that company for two years and the truth is that I paid for the insurance. My phone broke and even with the insurance I had to pay almost the entire amount for the phone. That is why we are thinking of changing since we have four lines.
