“When I joined originally they were known as Teachers Credit Union. They have since changed the name to Everwise. For the most part my experience has been a positive one. I do have an issue now that has been happening ever since the name change. Everytime that I use an ATM that is not an Everwise one I am charged a foreign ATM fee. This is from another credit union that is on the list of authorized places. I have contacted customer service numerous times with the same complaint but nothing seems to be fixed. I personally believe that it is an IT concern but still nothing has been resolved. As a member I should not have to call each time that I use the other credit union to get the charge reversed when they are on Everwise's list.”
