The first time I came here I had no bad experiences whatsoever. Jackie did a great job on my nails (Hello Kitty ghost design) and they turned out better than I imagined. She was very polite and did them faster than I thought was possible! I was very much in love with them. This was July 2023z Recently I scheduled an appointment to come in last Wednesday, because I assumed the experience would probably be the same. It was the furthest thing from that. I saw Liz to get my nails fixed from the last salon that did them. For context, I had them done Saturday. The gel had started coming off two nails a day after I had them done before I had even gone back to work, I painted the spots over myself to make it look less obvious. Liz kept saying how it's obviously my job that ruined them and I need to be more careful, yet in the same breath kept saying how they were "not that bad". Convinced me to get gel by saying that if I can't "take care" of gel polish, regular polish will come off faster. I know this was probably a tactic to get me to spend the extra $10, and it worked. I had asked if she could add glitter to the black, and she treated me like I was stupid. Saying that it's a "tiktok thing" that only works under certain lighting (I had actually saw this on display at the last salon I had been to, don't follow nail tiktoks) then she yelled at the lady across the room to ask her to "explain to me why it can't be done"... like I didn't hear her just tell me why a second ago. While doing my nails she acted like she didn't want me there, talked to me like a child and gossiped to the other manicurists around her. Ended up lightly hitting my nail against the table, then told me that I messed it up when I was sitting perfectly still.. this was all bad enough but the whole reason I decided to write all this was the last thing she said before I left. In the midst of finishing up my nails, she was complaining to the client in the seat next to me about how "no one wants to get designs anymore, everyone just wants neutrals, white, or black... it's boring." While I was sitting in her chair getting black nails. I was actually considering adding gems to them. Until I heard that. God only knows what she was saying in her native language because she was saying all of this in English right in front of my face. I felt like most of this was probably because I didn't buy a set there, just wanted a polish change. Whatever the reason, that's no way to treat a paying customer. I always tip very good but with her attitude problem, I decided to tip nothing. Silver lining is that my nails did turn out looking good but I felt unwelcome even coming here.

When here bc of all the great reviews but I do no plan on going back. Overpriced! As new customers we did NOT feel welcome- we felt as if we were bothering them! And we even had an appointment so that was unprofessional. Carol is sweet, kind and did a good job! The other tech was irritated, not friendly and not very happy about us being there- she rolled her eyes several times. The atmosphere was ok but all the people that work there seem to be too good for you! That is not a good first impression for a business! We should feel welcome and part of your day not strangers who you can’t even say hi too! Im paying you for service so why such a negative vibe!Service: Pedicure

Reme was amazing, I actually went there for pedicures but Reme did such a great job on my pedicure so I decided do manicure too?, after that I also did massage with Reme too, oh my gosh that’s the best massage I ever had, she just so good at what her job, I really enjoyed, definitely will go back ❤️❤️❤️, thank you Reme, you are amazing

This was my first visit to Creative Touch. I found them when I did a Google search for salons near me that do the new Apes Gel X nail extensions. As I was talking with Nat, I decided to actually do the sculptures acrylics vs the Gel X. Nat was very knowledgeable and patiently talked through the processes with me. I am so happy with Nat's work and already have my next appointment scheduled. Here's the new set done yesterday. Thanks Nat!

Horrible I will never go there again! I took my mom there because it was close and Amy's was closed that Monday before the holiday. She did the powder dip nails and within days nails were falling off. And when I took a close look at them they were very clumsily looking. Not professional at all! I wish I hadn't expected before I left I would not have paid for it. They took forever and so I was just frustrated and ready to go.
