Went there today to setup a new account as I have a job that wires me money once a month from the UK and needed a bank that does international bank transfers. This was our third bank we went to today. The first I have a bad review and you can read it if you want (the key bank on hively Avenue). The second was good but since they were more local they advised against them due to that the international transfers may not happen well. Third was the charm and they saw us right away and we got approved and got it setup. The account manager even told us things to consider such as the transfer fees (which we knew about) and some other things to consider. She was most helpful.

Quality has really deteriorated at the branch in the past couple of months. JP Morgan Chase and its branches need to get their sh** together in this area. Tellers don't always know what their doing, bankers don't know how to speak to customers (at this branch). Inefficient operating procedures especially on Fridays.

This place is like any other Chase bank. The staff is very friendly! And the performance here is good.

The parking lot is set up kind of awkwardly, but at least its a drive up now instead of the old walk up!
