I don't like writing bad reviews but I was very disappointed with the way i was treated at this particular bank. I have nothing bad to say about the bank itself just the management at this location. I was there trying to exchange a hundred dollar bill that had been damaged and I was told by the manager that they couldn't take it. As I tried to explain to the lady that it's says online that as long as the serial numbers were still visible that any bank will exchange it, but before I could even explain she cut me off and was just rude to me after that. She said I was misinformed and wouldn't help me. After I left I went to First State Bank next to Martin's on Bristol st. and had the bill exchanged with no questions asked and I got the with only 3 minutes left before they closed yet the people were kind and more than happy to help me.

They çharge $10 to cash a check if someone does not have an account.....unreal fee...doesn't stop there...
