My wife and I are new owners of a New Aire Newmar, we we’re having a few problems with it and brought it here to see what was going on. Kevin diagnosed the problems within minutes and had us up and going. What a great group of guys and gals, Bryan, the owner, got us in the day we showed up, I recommend this RV repair shop and no doubt a 5 star rating is to low for this company, thank you all so much, Semper Fi and God Bless??????

We purchased a new 2021 Grand Design Solitude from a dealership in California. Arrangements were made for Charger Enterprises to conduct the inspection on the new RV in Indiana since we were driving out there in our current RV to take delivery. We were told that the inspection was completed. Long story short there were numerous items that we discovered after the PDI that Charger Enterprises had missed! We had made arrangements ourselves with the previous owner of Charger Enterprises to have our existing RV transported from Charger Enterprises to a dealership for consignment not too far away and we would incur the costs for the transport. Druing the PDI the workers at Charger Enterprises were helpful and friendly. We did not experience the same level of customer service from the soon to be owner of this business, Brian. We prearranged for work to be performed during the PDI tha Charger Enterprises was to perform. The helpful workers at Charger Enterprises completed the work as needed. We paid for additional labor that we arranged with Charger Enterprises. the dealership in California was to reimburse Charger Enterprises for the work that they had prearranged. Out of the blue Brian indicated he would be refunding the money that we paid and would not perform the prearranged work we had coordinated with the current owner because Brian did not trust that the California dealership would pay for the work that they prearranged. This was explained to us by one of Charger Enterprises employees. When I subsequently spoke to Brian on the phone regarding this issue in a professional manner Brian hung the phone up on me. Ultimately Brian agreed to complete all work that was prearranged but only after he was convinced to do so by his staff. We felt that we were subjected to extremely poor customer service by Brian (but not his staff- they were all very friendly and helpful) due to Brian's distrust of the California dealership. We did not feel that it was appropriate to be treated as if we were in some way at fault for his misunderstanding or distrust or a communication gap within Charger Enterprises. For this reason we cannot recommend Charger Enterprises in Elkhart Indiana

We had hoped to get an appointment with Grand Design to look at our 5th wheel slide and resolve a recall on our microwave oven. Grand Design had no openings and provided us with the contact information for Charger Enterprises. We called over to Charger and they were very accommodating and told us they had a full schedule but would try to fit us in. They provided us a spot with water and electric while we waited. They got us in NEXT DAY because they had a cancellation . They fixed all the issues we were experiencing and did a fantastic job. Very professional and courtesy. We will definitely be using Charger Enterprises in the future for our RV services.

I did my pre-delivery inspection here for my Dynamax Isata 5 coach. The crew was great and addressed my concerns and made the necessary repairs in a timely fashion. Solid service and excellent business. They'll do you right.

Great customer service. Called a few places and were told they were booked up for 1-3 months. We were only going to be in the area for a few days. Made an appointment. Arrived day before, got our Coach in at 7:30 as told and were gone by noon. Thought we needed parts replaced but didn't. Made adjustments and our slide was fixed. Would highly recommend.

Did not make all repairs that were discussed, what they did repair was a patch job and misled me that it was done right, only found out after driving 2 1/2 hours to pick it up that half the repairs were done and not done right,they had it all winter
