I am so pleased with their service. I was on my way to Indy had a slow air leak and they got me in immediately, flat tire repair less than 35 minutes. Receptionists were very kind and friendly. The individual who looked at my tire was very kind and knowledgeable as well. Waiting area is nice, has popcorn and coffee. So glad I stopped by here on my way home! Had a blow out on my rv and was stuck on the side of the highway. Call them and within an hour and a half had a new tire installed and was on my way. Excellent service. I’d give them 6 stars if I could. When the state trooper came by and asked if I was all set they gave me a node of approval that carters was on the job knowing he was a great choice.Service: Tires

It's usually in and out at the service desk. I've witnessed them fixing things between themselves and other customers. They even offer water and pop with popcorn for customers who wait for repairs. Very polite employees too!

Brought my RV in to check a few tire issues (valve stem, lug nut) and recalibrate my TPMS system. I could not be more impressed with the service, attention to detail and overall helpfulness of the staff. Justin, specifically, who did the majority of the work, was outstanding. No sales pitches. Fair pricing. Nice waiting room with drinks and popcorn. I would usually go to Costco for tire service because I have generally lost faith in independent shops, but Carter Tire is an establishment I would absolutely recommend (I already have) and use again.Service: General repairs & maintenance

What a wonderful experience. The first time that I have ever had anyone tell me there was a better way to get my Son's flat tire fix from over 500 miles away. Natalie could have easily told us to come on in, but she asked some clarifying questions and she recognized that our tire was covered by a warranty through another company. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this experience. Thank you, Natalie. I was a total wreck because I was so far away and you really helped us ... SELFLESSLY! While traveling from ND with a u-haul trailer we found ourselves with a nail in our truck tire. Far from home we pulled into Carter’s! The technicians helped us out right away and gave us only 1/2 hour wait time at which point they promptly changed out our tires!! All employees we came into contact with were friendly and courteous. Waiting room was fully equipped with popcorn, drinks, and a comfy area to wait. I do wish they could have given me a quote of how much my oil change would be. Their sign on the outside says “oil changes as low as $29.99…I have a basic car and just for Noyle change it ended up being over $80.

Extremely helpful and customer friendly. While traveling to NY on I80 a metal shield under the engine blew partially off and hanging, it became mangled by scraping the road for many miles until I got to Carter's. Staff members immediately came out. Ely didn't even wait for a lift. He got completely under the car and with manual strength removed all the hanging metal. It took a matter of minutes. Neither he nor Grace would accept any money for their service. I returned safely to NY thanks to Grace and Ely and Carter Tires & Automotive. Stellar place!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I was travelling from Ohio heading home to Oak Creek, Wisconsin when I having tire pressure problems. I had stopped once at a rest stop on the interstate, and filled up the tire with the correct air pressure. Then luckily, for me the warning light came on again at exit 92 in Elkhart. I located Carter Tire and pulled in to see what they could do for me. I explained my problem and was told that they close in 15 minutes, but they would work me in. It took them a short time after quitting time, but they did it without any complaints. They made me feel like a valued customer even though they knew that this would probably be only time visiting them. If they did this for me then the people around Elkhart should take notice of the great job that they did for me.Service: Tires
