The service I received from Carter Tire on both replacing my car's tires and my semi truck tire repairs were amazing. Anna was very knowledgeable and helpful on ordering my requested tires and answered all my questions regarding tire storage and winter tire brands. She gave me a detailed quote and got me scheduled at a time that worked best for me. The staff at the Elkhart location also got my semi's tire patched up and back on the road in no time. I highly recommend them!

Definitely go with this tire shop. The staff are very knowledgeable, approachable and do what they can to make sure you’re taken care of at the best price. Support small businesses, they do more for you than those big box stores.

Didn't know Carter's was a repair shop, they are! Went in to have my check engine light checked. Service was fantastic. They worked me in, got my car back by 3. Big thank you to Anna and Nate, I didn't get the name of the mechanic thank you too!

Came in with a flat on our Uhaul rental. They got to work quickly while we had to deal with incompetentince of Uhaul. Everyone was super nice and loved our puppies. ??
