The employee who helped me, Ethan, was very nice and was able to help me with some serious issues I was having with my cell phone. He has great customer service skills. However, there was also another employee there that was using profanity in front of me. I don't feel that is very professional. Hopefully someone can talk to him about what professional behavior looks like.

Went today and had my phone activated! Very pleasant experience and probably was only in the store 10 mins. Jared was able to answer any questions I had. Good Job!

My service was disconnected after a representative failed to place me in the $50 a month plan and I was instead charged $3 a day for 15 day. Then when I tried calling in for support the representatives have placed me on long wait times and disconnected the call. This has been going on since 8:30am and it is now 2:30. The boost mobile call center representatives should be placed under investigation by their superiors. Odiously COVID is showing them to treat customers any kind of way and disconnect calls. We pay our money for services there is no way anyone should be treated like this.

Horrible. I went in with intent to purchase but wanted to compare pricing and coverage maps because my phone was shut off (don't share a phone plan people). A girl was helping me but her shift was over when some guy came in looking like he rolled out of bed 5 minutes ago, surly and extremely rude. I asked about coverage maps, he didn't know. Ok, I guess I'll continue to look it up. What happens if I have 4G when the maps are only showing 5G, what's the difference? *SIGH* I don't know (and don't care). I had to CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE from the STORE, who were happy to answer that question. I asked if there were any limitations to putting the SIM into an unlocked iPhone from another carrier. No. If your phone is unlocked it's unlocked (in the most sarcastic you must be an idiot tone possible). No, actually, that's not the case. I just came in from your competitor, their SIM won't work with my phone. He continued to ignore me so I had to look that up as well. Finally, I had my debit card out to purchase when I asked if it was possible to purchase two SIMS. *Eye roll* must be nice to have two phones he muttered. You know what? I've changed my mind. Took my debit card back and went miles out of my way to purchase somewhere else. I told him to work on his customer service and he responded by telling me he's been doing all of his life. Ok bud, you didn't know the difference between CDMA and GSM carriers, I had to call customer service from your store or look up every answer you weren't capable of answering or didn't want to. You responded to everything with one syllable grunts until you wanted to attempt to insult me at point of purchase and I've been nothing but friendly. Easily one of the rudest people I've ever had the displeasure of coming into contact with. Find another job, preferably one where you have no contact with other humans.

I have had Boost for many years and have just upgraded my phone. I bought an unlocked phone from Amazon and went to this store for the first time. Jared was friendly and knowledgeable about the phone. I was there for only a few minutes and and he had me all ready for my new phone. I would definitely return and recommend him.
