I called last month told them I would no longer be with them. They still took out a payment this month. When I called them to tell them that they took it out unlawfully. They laughed at me and told me they would keep doing it every month. They didn't care. You need to know what kind of company you're with. They charge you to look at your phone to fix it. They charge you to pay your phone. The store they don't care about you at all. They are not a company that cares about you. They care about your money. They will make sure they get that even if it's illegally, they do not care. And then we'll laugh at you and tell you they'll do it every month. Afterwards to where you have to shut down your your card!! I was with this company for 15 years. They never gave me any boost up on the phones. Which they tell you in the commercials that they'll do or in store when you're setting up your new phone. But they don't care they don't do it.They never did any of that. So I would think long and hard if you are going to get with this company. Cause they don't care about you, money is all they care about!! They will let you get inundated with Spam calls. 24/7, they do not care. If you've blocked them, they do not care They will keep letting them get to you. Oh, and when they take money out of your account unlawfully, they laugh at you and tell you they'll do it every month, They don't give it back. You have to fight with your bank infile. Fraudulent charges against them Even though you have proof that you canceled your account with them. And they don't care at all if they have access to your banking account They will steal from you blindly. Watch your money when you're with these people. They will double charge you months and then try and say you did it. Even though you weren't on the prepaid plan, you weren't on any of that. When you paid your bill, they decided to take more. Had to fight! All in all, I would say if you are looking for a company I would not go with these people. They are also affiliated with t mobile and sprint!!!!!!
