My car was pulsating when I braked, so they started by replacing the front rotors and pads in March 2023. It was still pulsating, so I had them replace the rear rotors and brakes in November. It still wasn’t right, so I took it for a second opinion at a different shop. They told me that the front rotors should not be as worn as they looked after just a year and that there should be a warranty on them. I called Beardsley Auto and was told there was no warranty. After $800, my car still pulsated and they weren’t willing to make it right. The new mechanic wondered if they just refaced the rotors instead of replacing like they said.

I accidentally called this place twice (my boyfriend first then I called after) because I didn’t know we had tried them already and the guy got an attitude then hung up on me. Just really unprofessional and discouraging.

My auto mechanic used to be Culps Auto Clinic, but he recently retired. I had always heard great things about Beardsley Auto just never went until a couple of years ago. Let me tell you in that short time I have built a solid relationship with Beardsley Auto. They are very organized, very fast with repairs and diagnostics, HONEST "they don't try and sell you things you don't need", and most important to me is that they treat you like a friend or family member. Not just a number or means to an income. On several occasions Forest has stayed passed a certain time to allow me to pick up my vehicle or have it finished for me. Who does that? These guys do. Also on a couple of occasions I had some issues and rather than towing the car to the shop he talked me through some possible issues, which in turn solved my problem and avoided the tow bill and any service work. I can't say anything but good things about these guys and their service, friendliness, and quality work. It's safe to say these guys deserve an 8 or 9 star because their service exceeded my expectations. Oh one other thing, and I won't say names but another local body shop refused to work on my car because they said it was "too junky"... having just paid $125 to tow it there on a Saturday you can guess when I heard this on Monday I thought they were kidding. Nope they wernt.... and they technically have the right to refuse to work on someone's car but c'mon people.... don't discriminate on an automobiles age. We took our 2004 Sport Tracker in for air conditioner not cooling problems. They found the problem to be a worn out compressor. They replaced it for under what a parts store charged for the part only. Since the air conditioner radiator was out of the truck they cleaned it for free as well as cleaning the front of my radiator. They had this job finished in one day. Now the air conditioning will freeze you out. We definitely recommend them for and auto repair you need done.

Had to find a trusted mechanic to get a new engine replaced in my mustang. Got referred to Beardsley auto and my experience has been nothing less than top notch!Bishop was amazing keeping me updated throughout the process and explained very clearly what every penny went towards.On top of that it’s a great feeling knowing their work on my car is protected and under warranty.Looking forward to bringing in my vehicles here in the future!Service: Engine repair
