Just started going to Chris for my fitness training, I never worked out on my own and want to better my physique and also not fall apart when I'm older, after just one session I can say that's the best workout I have had and I look forward to more. It's definitely not easy and he pushes you. Highly recommend.

Derek has been going to Chris going on 3 years. The strength and conditioning he has gotten from Chris has been amazing. Chris knows his stuff and is always looking to change things up to keep the kids going and interested. He challenges them each and every time they come in to him. Thanks for all you have done at making Derek a better athlete.

Bare fitness has absolutely transformed our young athlete. The dedication, custom approach and care put into each individual workout brings the right level of intensity and accountability. Our son has learned the meaning of “leveling up” through Chris and never wants to miss a workout. We couldn’t be happier!

I have been attending Bare Fitness for 1 1/2 years and would highly recommend it to anyone serious about getting fit. I go to 4 classes per week and Chris always has a good workout for us and he makes each workout unique. It is a great whole body gym.

Chris is an incredibly knowledgeable trainer. From proper lifting technique, healthy supplements, and the best workouts to gain strength and speed but avoid injury. He’s helped our son tremendously!!!

Chris at Bare Fitness Training is a great trainer to our 16 year old son! He has taught and helped him with so much over the last 3 years! We are so thankful we found him, he’s definitely helped Bryson get stronger, faster and more in shape but most importantly he gained confidence! We highly recommend Bare Fitness Training!

My experience here wasn’t great. I found the trainer to be really unprofessional. He cancelled on me twice then when he finally trained me, he felt the need to talk badly about my past trainers who have really helped me, and spent more time talking than training me. He then scheduled another training session with me and never showed. Never even texted or call to apologize. I just never heard from him again. I’ve never had a trainer do that before, highly unprofessional. Would not recommend this place.

I’ve been attending Chris’s group classes for several months now. Im not where I want to be physically but Chris has challenged me to change my lifestyle and I feel better than I ever have physically. These classes have helped me physically and mentally. Chris is very knowledgeable and always gives a variety of classes that help with balancing muscle movement.

If you’re are looking for personal training or group training this is the place to join for a reasonable price. Chris (trainer) is very knowledgeable and has many different training methods depending on your goals. He is a great motivator and pushes his athletes to the next level. I recommend Bare Fitness to anyone that is seeking a trainer that will help you reach your goals.

Chris is very hands on and stays engaged with his students. The variety and intensity of the classes are top notch. I have worked out for many years in a typical gym setting with barbells and dumbbells', I feel that I get a much more well rounded work out with Chris's approach. Cardio and weight training all rolled into 1 workout make it very satisfying when you complete the mission for the day.

I've been working out here with Chris for 6 months. I've learned so much and enjoy the 1 on 1 PT and the group classes. Chris has been great with working around my work schedule when I need to change times or days. Hes helped me a lot with my weight loss journey and with getting stronger. Would recommend! 5 out of 5.

Chris knows what he’s doing. I’m 44 and he’s pushed me into the best shape since college. The results are incredible, however; If you want to tell coworkers “I went to the gym today”, not the right place. If you really want to work hard and improve yourself, Chris will make it happen.

Chris doesn’t beat around the bush with your progress and fitness needs and delivers what he says he will in performance. My college career as a student athlete has transformed from his instruction!
