The staff at ATI Johnson St. location were amazing. They were not only professional and knowledgeable but extraordinarily friendly. They made you feel like you were one of their friends so that walking into a possibly painful hour would seem bearable. I've never experienced that before with a physical therapy office. Highly recommend!

I don't like going through physical therapy but after one harder session the next day I had significant pain and called to cancel my appointment it was suggested I come in so they could get me out of pain. After some heat and e stim. I was feeling much better.

I love ATI for physical therapy this ain't my first merry-go-round with them but I choose them every time and even though sometimes the staff is different their attitudes to get me back to 100% is always the same these ladies are awesome and I tell all my family and friends if they need PT go to ATI

Overall, I am very pleased with my treatment. My first day the therapist was extremely detailed and mindful determining my treatment - exactly how they should be! Then and now they always are very thorough and patient answering my many questions. I also appreciate that they allow each individual person to be as independent or not as desired/needed. And yes - even the independent individuals are closely monitored to both evaluate progress and safety. All the therapists have maintained both a professional attitude while being both kind and friendly. This is a skill that is rare in today’s world! Well Done Elkhart ATI Staff!!!

The therapists are very attentive to your limitations and design exercises you can do without causing more issues . They're friendly which I find to be a plus. They really care about you as a person. Highly recommend this place if you're in need of any physical therapy.

The Elkhart - Johnson St location is wonderful. The staff is So friendly and considerate. They all work well together to make your physical therapy encounter enjoyable and as pain free as possible. They always keep your health and limitations in mind as they set your goals.I have fibromyalgia. This is the 1st place I found that has helped me with my pain. Since starting my program with them, my strength has improved, as well as a reduction in my pain level.I am very happy with my experience here and would highly recommend this Elkhart - Johnson Street location for your physical therapy needs.

An excellent setting for physical therapy. They know what they are doing. They know the exercises that meet with your particular need. They are a good blend of patience with where you are at with physical struggles, along with encouragement to experiment with doing more for yourself. They are friendly to the hilt. They are a good team; they work so well together. Finally, each of them put their mind and heart into serving you well. Thank you, Brook, Katie, Leslie and Marcella!
