We were just on our 4th day of FT rving in our new '22 310rl when setting up, there was a loud pop while extending the LR slide. The slide was all the way out but, would not come back in. Plus, a breaker tripped and half our outlets were without power. This happened on 12/12/23. After inspection under the slide, I could see hydraulic fluid dripping from the underbelly. I drained the fluid into a bucket and cut away the underbelly to discover a hydraulic line and several wires wrapped around the turning shaft connecting the 2 slide out rails. It stretched and skinned the 110 wiring and pulled the hydraulic line apart at the T connection going into the ram, stripping the threads on the T and ram. There happened to be a fellow Alliance owner walking by when this first began, who also just happened to be a Mobile Tech. He called Tim Buss direct, Alliance Service Director, sent pictures, and all the parts needed were sent Next Day Air, and is paying David, my Tech directly. Fast, efficient service that I've only experienced from Alliance!

Our Alliance RV has been our favorite camper we’ve owned! The customer service direct from the factory is superior and faster than any others we have felt with! We have their Avenue 5th wheel and can’t say nothing but great things about the quality and look of the RV. Yes they all have minor issues and repairs needed at times because it is an RV!”. I highly recommend Alliance to anyone if they’re looking for something comparable to other big name RV companies! #AllianceRV

Quality and customer service go hand in hand with Alliance RV. Initially we fell in love with their roomy, well thought out, feature packed RVs, but after my wife and I toured the factory that sealed the deal. We decided that we were going to purchase an Alliance RV to replace our other brand RV. We ordered from our local dealer and Alliance accommodated us going to the factory to experience our actual unit being produced, which was really cool to see. After taking delivery of our unit and our first couple of trips there were some issues that needed attention. I am fairly handy and the kind folks in the service department sent me the necessary parts to make the repairs so that our unit did not have to sit at the dealership for weeks. Later on in the year I found some other issues that needed to be addressed that were outside the scope that I was capable to handle so they worked with me to get our unit in at the factory for repairs. Don't let the repair issues worry you, all RVs have issues, it is how the manufacturer handles the issues that matters. That is what sets Alliance apart from the rest! Not only do they build a really well thought out RV, but they actually care about their customers after the fact. Thank you and keep up the great work!

After watching countless videos on YouTube and reading many posts on Facebook my husband and I finally decided back in July on upgrading our 2018 travel trailer to our 2023 Alliance Avenue 32RLS and could not be more happier about our purchase. We love the layout and all the windows which give us spectacular views. What really sold us on Alliance was the customer service. Let’s face it these are RV’s and at some point they are more than likely going to have problems (hopefully not) and to us it’s about how the manufacturer handles their customers. So far 5 months have gone by and we have not had any problems or complaints. We also liked how Alliance is involved with their customers like being on Facebook and answering questions and also hosting an annual rally which we are looking forward to hopefully attending. We feel like a sense of FamAlly when we purchased our rig. Would definitely recommend Alliance RV.

Last day at West Yellowstone with the McLellands 370RL beside our 310RL in May 2022. The next day a big storm hit the area leading to major flooding in the park.

I've had my 40v13, for almos 1 1/2 years. We had some small things fixed after deliver, and then some others fixed under warranty and each time Alliance's service along with the warranty company were top notch. We've been happy with the rig so far, and wouldn't change much. Other that the bathroom doors NOT having latches and the small stove they swapped after selling us on the full turkey tested sized one.
