Our Fifth-wheel seemed to fall apart bit by bit as we drove across our US states. The tremendously expensive extended warranty only covers “mechanical” parts. Looks like it will cost an extra $5,800 to have slide, doors and awning motor repaired. Not happy with the quality of the build.

We’ve had our bumps in the road with our 36V11 but Alliance has stood behind their product 110%. Absolutely no regrets going with Alliance over Grand Design whatsoever! Bill Martin goes above and beyond to take care of the consumers! Thank you Bill and Alliance for being a part of making memories!! We love our toy hauler!

I sure wish I would have read the reviews snarky bill answers. T g at alone tells you not to buy from these people. I had an awning tear off my rv from just putting it out one time. A patchwork was done done at the dealership. Talked with snarky bill on the phone. What pleasant time time that was. Not. Still have my patchwork. I warn everyone I know. Don't buy from them.

I completely agree with Kirsten Fedorkos’ assessment. I have worked closely with her and her husband to no avail. Quite simply, Alliance stalled fixing the camper long enough, that it went out of warranty. When the dealer in Churchville, NY picked it up last October, the service department said all the damages would be covered. Instead, the dealer called back in April 2024 and said, sorry we are not fixing anything, but you can pay to have it fixed for around $22,000. The dealer then really insulted them by offering them to trade the camper in for $24,000, while still owing $69,000!! Upon inspecting the camper two weeks ago, hoping to be able to use it in some capacity, it was found that there was even more water damage, rendering totally unusable. The Alliance Chuchville, NY dealer elected to let it sit from last October till April 2024, after saying the camper was going to be repaired in November of last year. I am out of words!!!

If you are in search of good quality RV, honest manufacturers, and a durable camper, keep looking because you will not find it with Alliance RV. In May of 2021, I purchased an RV with Alliance. It's stunning to look at. But since day one, we had issues with it. Starting with minor issues like the microwave not working, but developing into more major issues such as the awning being broken, the refrigerator not working, one of the air conditioning units was not usable due to a smell coming from it, as if it was pulling air from the septic system, the thermostat was not working, and there was very little calk around the windows and seals whiched caused water damage. All of these issues and many more were documented and reported. We took pictures of the damage done to the floors due to the poor sealing and continued to report it. What we got in return was a run around from Bill Martin and Conner Mahan, until the warranty was up, and then an, oh, sorry, it's past the warranty, we won't be fixing anything. Since the beginning I reported to them that there was an issue with the slide outs and they continued to tell me it was fine.To top all of this off, the RV we purchased has been discontinued after only a year due to ongoing issues, and there have been numerous reports from other people who have had the same issues with this RV. All I wanted was for this to be made right. I have had this camper for 3 seasons, and I did not even get one good year from it. My camper now has so much damage that it is no longer able to be used. The slide outs can't be put out. I was quoted to fix just the slide out floors at over $22,000.00. I have been avoided by Alliance, so it has turned to me posting it on here. This is the most dishonest, poor quality company I have ever had the displeasure of purchasing from. As I said, all I wanted was for them to make this right, but they won't even pick up the phone. I wanted no more and no less than a good quality and usalble camper that I pay for. Shame on Alliance for not doing the right thing. I hope this review can save at least one person from purchasing from this manufacturer. They don't even deserve one star. I have attached the progress of the some the damages reported from the beginning.

Alliance customer support is terrible! I purchased a new toy hauler in March 2024 (3 months). Damage of cracking the corner to my kitchen/sink counter island was done and fuse keeps tripping on the fireplace. Dealership keeps putting me off saying Alliance has not got back to them! Alliance wants to sell but not standing behind their product! Beware!!!

Unfortunately, we purchased an Alliance RV and its been a nightmare. We picked it up and our refrigerator stopped working after two days. We took it back to the dealership who had it for FOUR months. We were making our payments but not able to use it. Then we got it back on the road again, and the electrical outlets in the living room and bedroom were not working. The dealership said the electric wiring was done incorrectly. We have had it for only 7 months and making our large payments. According to the dealership, the repairs have been delayed because they could not get a response from Alliance for some assistance We tried to contact Alliance directly by phone and we were directed to send an email to them regarding our issues. That email did not give us a response. We have had 4 rvs, none were Alliance, in the past and never had issues with any of those. At this point, it has been a real disappointment for the money we paid for it.

We purchased an Alliance Avenue in Nov 23. It had some things that needed fixing that we discussed before bringing it home. So we had to take it back to get those issues taken care of. When we brought it home we discovered some other issues that weren't really "warranty " issues. But since we hadn't had it in our possession we felt they should be fixed. A big Thank You to Kayla and Carter for all their help in getting everything fixed. I have to say Alliance customer service is top notch.

Update: we just picked up our rig. Kudos to Josh G, from the moment we dropped it off he was updating us via text and phone calls. Jon went above and beyond to make sure all the issues were addressed. We are both in the Service, when we walked in several staff came up and shook our hands, it was very humbling and made us feel supported. When we did our walk through Jon and his team made sure we were allowed the time to really check everything out.
HIGHLY recommend this company. They take the time to make sure everything is done right, we have never had an issue where the company was not willing to work with us.
My husband and I got to enjoy a tour of the paradigm warehouse. It was cool to see the process and be able to ask questions about the build. We appreciated being able to hear how the company started and the pride that goes into each trailer. We were already alliance fans, but the tour definitely made us feel even better about our purchase. Every trailer is hand built in factory and all the workers cared about their part in the process. We hope to come back and see a valor tour next time!

Purchased our first 5th wheel a 2022 310 RL and absolutely love it. Decided to write this review after we used it for a year. Did have some minor issues with it such as heater not coming up to setting on thermostat, a bed that was falling apart and a few cosmetic issues. Took it to a dealer in Colorado Springs for warranty work and needless to say it was a joke on their end of repairs. Contacted the mother ship and spoke to Stephanie & Brittany (in service dept.) and they indicated everything would be covered under warranty and so we dropped it off in March 2024. Not only did they fix our issues they went through the coach and found a few things that needed some work. Kudos to Scott and his team in the service bay as they dialed everything in and we are back on the road. Alliance really does have great customer support. My wife and I know that we definitely made the right choice in purchasing this beautiful Paradigm.
