It was a pleasant experience. I bought a Stihl weedeater. The store was clean and organized. The salesperson was helpful, and I was on my way home in about 30 minutes with my new toy, which, by the way works ? great.

Well. It's been a while since I've been there now. Ordered a key fob to be programmed. Was told not in stock and they'll let me know. After 3 months I actually stopped in. They remembered the order and said still not in yet they'll contact me. It's been over a year now. The folks there didn't seem to be very attentive unless it's too a regular customer or a friend. Sorry but I can't recommend nor will shop here again.

Love this place!! No matter what I need a screw,flag,air filter for furnace,paint for house they have it. And the guys are very helpful pointing me down the aisle I need. And talking about a great sense of humor,thier staff is so nice and funny.

Ordered a stud finder online with the hopes of picking it up the next morning. Never received an email about the item being ready, but thought I'd just stop in and see if it was ready. One of the employees reluctantly helped me find the item. No problem, I was happy with the product. Then 5 days later I received a call that I hadn't picked up the order. I was open and honest that I had already picked up, and I would hope most others would be also, but hopefully they get a better system.

Great store !! There is always someone right there to help you !! I always go there rather than the big box stores. I have been there only a couple of times that they didn't have what I was looking for !!

I was able to get 2 keys cut correctly, a hanger for a purse (which I've been looking for everywhere, the wrist key bracelet so hopefully the new door keys don't get lost again. I asked about a "pink colored" light bulb and the lady working said if it wasn't what I wanted that they would refund my money. I'll be back for it. I asked about something to hold a rug in place and she gave me many options.
