Stylist: My stylist was Ryan he took his time
he did a fantastic job. He did excellent work. He was very easy to talk to and funny but professional.
I will be going back and ask for him.

I'm giving it a one because the nails weren't bad. In fact he did pretty good on the shape. The customer service, however, was awful! I've never been treated so rude by a nail technician in my entire life. I was nothing but kind to him. I even tried to encourage conversation... He scolded me multiple times, jerked my hand around, and acted like I was a huge inconvenience to him. He also tried to push gel polish instead of regular polish on me, so finally I caved and said yes. The gel he chose didn't match my already painted toes at all, so I kept telling him to try to find a better color match. He got mad at me and said go find it yourself and went to start filling up somebody else's pedicure tub. I'm not sure how I was supposed to find the right color if he couldn't, because he already scolded me once for opening the fingernail polish to check if the color on the inside matched the color on the label. I also just feel like if you're going to push gel polish on me, you should know for sure that there's a color match to the toes you already did. Finally I told him, "You know what? Never mind. Let's just use the polish I did for my toes so we know it's a match." He said too late! We've already put the clear gel coating over your nails. So I sheepishly walked over to the gel polish section and started thumbing through the polishes having no idea what would match because none of the colors matched the labels so far... Finally a lady (another customer) came up to me and said here are color swatches on actual nails so you can match them to your toes. I said oh thank you so much! I haven't had my nails done in like 15 years and didn't even know color swatches existed. I'm not sure why he couldn't tell me that instead of embarrassing me and making me feel bad. It was just an overall terrible experience and I was anxious and ready to leave the entire time. I would not go back.

I love and need a nice natural short nail for work and they are perfect. I love the tap gel it lasts me three weeks, always efficient and nicely done. ☺️ would recommend. Many of my colleagues come here too!

I walked in and asked for a full set. Both husband and wife are HORRIBLY rude. I’ve seen them purposely turn down people of different color several times. This particular time they confused me for someone else. After he was finished with my nails he told me I owed 100.00. He had told me I owed 50.00 from 2 years ago. I had NO clue what he was talking about. I felt helpless in a building with customers staring at me. I told him I hadn’t been there in years. He said my name was on a “list”. He wouldn’t show me the list!!. He finished my full set before accusing me of owing him money! CRAZY! I’m a business owner myself. I was in awe at his audacity. I handed them 50.00 and left. I did ask him for my name…since my name was apparently on a list. He wouldn’t answer me. He even went as far as to tell me he was calling the police! I begged him too! Crazy, rude, untalented, paranoid, physco path. Stay away from this place!

For the price they charge definitely did not get what I paid for. They also didn’t ask if I was paying for myself or my friend as well and just changed me for both all while having an attitude. Just felt they were trying to get us in and out from the get go.

You know I didn’t think anything of this visit until after I had left. I went straight there right after working my 10 hour shift. I was covered in grease and didn’t look like a cleaned up woman. Oh well. I asked for acrylic and she sat me down with my colors and applied the acrylic but for some reason refused to actually apply any polish until I paid first. It’s funny because the two separate women before me didn’t pay until their nails were completely finished. I felt judged and angry. I didn’t give her a tip because that was extremely strange to me. I am definitely not going there anymore. And I do not recommend it to anybody else.Service: Acrylic nails

I have never went into a nail place and made to feel so uncomfortable. It was like Jiffy lube lol never soaked feet b4 starting, supposed to be relaxing not there!!Services: Dip powder

I’ve been here many times and all the bad reviews surprise me! They always get me in fast! Nails always look FAB! I get the TAP Gel and it last like 3 weeks without lifting! Mom and Pop shop that are always friendly! I love it here. Seriously give it a chance despite what you see here.Service: Gel manicures

Called ahead and asked if they removed acrylic nails because I have had a bad experience somewhere else before. I was told they did. When I went in there were only two workers and they were rude from the beginning but I waited a good 10 minutes until it was my turn. When I sat down she pulled out an acrylic nail and PAINFULLY POPPED OFF MY NAIL WITH IT. I nicely asked her if they soak them off there and and she very very rudely said that takes too long and we don’t do that. THERE WAS NO ONE WAITING AND IT WAS DEAD INSIDE. Literally the worst experience and I will make sure everyone knows so they don’t have to go through the same experience and pain.
