This one was usually my favorite, I loved the customer service and how fast they were plus they are close to my house. But these last few months I have been traveling out of my way to a different gas station because 2 of the new girls they hired are very rude, short and have made my experience there extremely poor. It makes me feel like I'm not respected as a customer but also not valued. I hope they are talked to or something is done so I can go back to only traveling 4 mins down the street instead of 8.

Excellent establishment. I always end up stopping by at around 9 to 11 at night and the young man at the counter is always so amiable. He is ready to assist and has a good sense of humor. He is a silly little goose who without a doubt deserves a raise! I hope whomever is the management of this establishment considers giving the little man an up on his hourly.

At night very rude sitting on chairs not cleaning music loud. During the day someone has their kids always with them behind the counter. Never clean inside. I

I would like to say a very big thank you to a very sweet lady Neveah! She was so wonderful to us and our 2 dogs. Our car broke down and we had to sit outside in the heat all day with only $1 to our name. She made sure our dogs and us had ice water and checked up on us to make sure we were ok. Thank you! And may God bless you and pay it forward to you!

I went in tonight atb11:30. Bought lottery ticket, and some drinks and the young man working tonight is the most polite, respectful, genuine person I have met in years. ESPECIALLY in customer service. I have seen him a few times and he's always the SAME. I Will definitely continue to do business here simply because of his attitude towards everyone he talks to. Outstanding work. Should he see this you are exactly what other employees of this 7/11 and all other stores should strive to be like and any standards lower shouldn't be accepted. A+

Yesterday, I purchased cigarettes for my husband. I was not offered a receipt. I told the cashier that I was going to call my husband to check if these cigarettes were agreeable to him while still in the store. After finding that they were not, I tried to return the cigarettes. I was told this was impossible without the receipt or if it was within 3 transactions (it’d been 4). I suggested an exchange for other products in the store and was told no, after the cashier called her boss. No refund. I gave back the cigarettes, no point in keeping them.

I went in there on my way to work and the girl behind the counter acted like she didn't want to be there I had her check my lottery tickets and it was supposed to be $40 and she said they've already been checked so I went someplace else and they checked him and they haven't been checked I got my money so I think she just wanted to keep them so she could get the money
